I guess from generally being weak but thanks for asking. It could be from the band assisted squats. My my guess is I'm weak and pulling myself up is a chore.

I'm just guessing though.

Phase 2 Wrkt 2

Walking Lunges: 2 x 12 @ BW R60s
Stiff-Arm Lat Pull Down (standing) 1 x 12 @ 42.5, 2 x 12 @ 50 R60s
Single Leg Pistol Squats (band assisted) 2 x 12 @ BW R60s
Inverted Rows 2 x 12 @ BW R60s
Single Leg RDL 2 x 12 @ BW R60s
Push Press 2 x 12 @ 50 R60s

10 minutes of cardio w/3 minutes of cool down

Comments: The walking lunges were tough to get into. My legs are still sore from Wednesday and that made them feel like they weighed 1000 lbs. Once I got going I forgot all about the DOMS. I hope it goes away quickly Julie said very specifically not to move up in weight until the DOMS was gone. I really liked the Stiff Arm Lat Pull down. It feel very similar to a standing pull over. All in all a good work out. I'll see if I can finish up week 1 on Sunday.

Thanks for stopping by and getting me off of post 666. Not that I'm superstition or anything.

I'm glad to be back Roland. It seems so many moons ago that we did that log together.
