Baseball is a funny game.

Sounds like they could beat the Yankees!!!

The boys were playing good. It's a shame to see the season end.

I'm doing better. I still have a couple of why me moments but other wise things are falling back into place.

I did 20 minutes on the treadmill at a 3 pace and 4 incline. Not bad. I'll do the work out portion tonight.

Why me?
Simple: Darwin.

If you were unfit for life, you wouldn't be here, and the rest of us could have your air.
Fortunately, you're cool.
Now, what I don't get, is why not someone else? Cuz, dude, some people suck.

I never did make it to work out. I had to go up to the school for some meet and greet. Really, I just tried to avoid getting hollered at by my sons teacher.

This may be no shock to some of you but my boy isn't exactly the shy and quiet type. He has good grades but his conduct leaves a lot to be desired.

I won't be able to swim for the next 2 days. I've got business meetings both nights.

you enjoying the swimming? I am not a great swimmer; wouldn't be able to do more than a lap or two, all with horrendous form.

Honestly, I do enjoy the swimming. I don't like it as much as lifting but I enjoy it. You're able to do more than you think. Each time I've gotten more. It's not bad.

PT Stage 1

1. Prone Belly Breathing: 3 x 10 @ BW R60s
2. Prone TA Activation: 3 x 10 @ BW R60s
3. Supine Pelvic Tilt: 3 x 10 @ 5s R60s
4. Hip Extension on Swiss Ball 3 x 10 @ 5s R60s
5. Prone on Elbows Stretch 3 x 1 @ 30s R60s

Comments: I felt guilty so I scratched out some time and got this one in. I added the extra set as recommended. It felt OK. I by the last set of I having a hard time keeping my stomach tight. Hopefully, there will only be one more week of this and Julie will let me get to some other stuff.

I've been thinking about cutting off some of the extra fat before I go into growth mode. I've got Leigh's stuff so I was thinking about following that. I don't really have much to lose so I don't think it would take me that long and might coincide nicely with a bulk. 1 or 2 weeks of being hard core should do it.

I might do some walking today. It's just a matter time.

That's one way to go. I was thinking that the extra fat was behind his eyes.
