Maybe he can do some sculpting while he's digging around in there. Give you the permanent 6-pack.

It's a she. All she can do is say no.

Best of Workouts - ABBH2: Days 1 and 3

DB Bench Press: 1 x 5 @ 55EH, 1 x 5 @ 60EH, 1 x 5 @ 65EH R60s
Incline BB Bench Press: 1 x 5 @ 135, 2 x 5 @ 115 R60s
Seated Cable Rows: 1 x 5 @ 145, 2 x 5 @ 115 R60s
Bent BB Rows: 1 x 5 @ 80, 2 x 5 @ 90 R60s

Partial BB Deadlifts: 4 x 12 @ 185 R60s
Standing Calf Raises: 1 x 12 @ 145, 3 x 12 @ 130 R60s
Planks: 1 x BW - 30s R60s, 2 x BW - 45s R60s

Comments: Like I said in an earlier post I wanted to make this a total body work out since I've got a limited amount of time left. I had originally wanted to rest up before surgery but I guess I'm taking Jamie's advice and making hay while the sun shines.

I need to find another work out. Maybe I'll dig back into TBT and see if there is a happy memory their for me to do.

good work, Gabe.

and I'm suspicious now - has this whole near-death, emergency surgery been a ploy to get plastic surgery?

Just in case something goes wrong, Tony said the same thing!

Way to go, Gabe! I would totally do the same thing!

Holy crap...I just caught up on this story...good luck with the surgery...go for the "six-pack" implant with the penis line option..and stay off the razor blade diet when you're "cutting"

Take care

4 more days.

I have a lot to do. I've got to wrap up my stuff from work, hit the book store, load the I-Pod, and get an anniversary gift.

I won't be able to drive on our anniversary so I need to actually do something early. It's amazing.

Four more days! Wow, that went by fast. Are you going to have a special meal today or tomorrow before you have to go on liquids?

I haven't really thought about it. We should. Who knows how long it will be until I can eat anything that is remotely spicy. It should be something totally bad for me. Chicken Fried Steak sounds good right now.

Gabe, I'm really pleased that you've got a postive focus in dealing with this. 4 days to go, then hopefully the road to a full recovery.

As always - All the best, mate
