Day 170: 6/28/08 GPP
Gpp: Burpees x30s
Jumping Jacks x30s
High Knee DB Press x30s
Jumping Jacks x30s
Repeat 6 times w/no rest btw circuits.
Supposed to do a core workout today but ran out of time. I was busy running around setting up for a barbeque we were hosting. So I decided to skip it and not try to cram it in. No biggie.

Day 171: 6/29/08 Warrior Challenge
Work Capacity 101: Towel Pullups x5
Med Ball Slams w/20lb x10
Burpees x15
Jumping Jacks x20
This circuit is supposed to be done on the even numbers for a total of 10 times. I managed 12 times in 21:08. I cut the rest times to about 15 to 20 seconds, as well as doing the first 3 times through w/no rest. I was halfway through the 12 time at 20 mins but decided to just finish out the circuit and go over the 20 min mark.
EDT: 15 min Pr Zone: Pullups
Dips
I got 84 reps of each done in the zone. Just done w/BW.
Finisher: Tabata of Squats and Squat Jumps.
This workout left me drenched.

Day 172: 6/30/08 Intervals and Core:
Intervals: 6x400m rest 60s
6 x 50m jog back to start
Core: Turkish Get Ups w/50.5lbs x5(per side)
Deadllift Twists w/115.5lbs x6(per side)
V-ups x15
Repeat 5 times...
Finisher: Lsit holds: in tuck position 1 x55s, 1x30s.
I probably ready to move up to 1 leg out 1 leg in version of the Lsits. I was real close to holding the tuck for 60s. Didn't quite make it. So I can either continue w/the tuck till I reach 60s for 1 set or start w/the next progression. I'm eventually trying to reach the full Lsit for at least 30s. I'm a long way from that right now.

It didn't look like that when I typed it or previewed it. I have no idea why there is that much space. Sorry. Easier to read between the lines I guess.

Felt Good.

"on rings"? Can you give a quick description of what this involves?
You continue to put me to shame

Ok, I'll do my best here. I start with the rings set down real low about an inch or two off the ground. Then I bend down and grab the rings just like it was an ab wheel, then just unfold like w/an ab wheel until you are completely straight w/head btw arms. I hope this helps. It feels just like w/the ab wheel. I'm just trying to use the rings more b/c they make you keep everything tensed so all the exercises feel like full body exercises.

Okay, so basically instead of an ab wheel, your hands go into the rings, and you execute the movement by straightening your body as usual from a toe-touch to full extension. Trackin'. You're a freak
