GPP: Minute Drill: Burpees x30s
Moutain Climbers x30s
Jumping Jacks x30s
Burpees x30s
Split Jumps x30s
Pushups x30s

Repeat 6 times w/45s rest btwn circuits

Core: Ring Hanging Leg Raises x10
Flags x6
Rpt 5 times w/1 min rests btwn circuit

Arch Hold x30s
Hollow Hold x30s
V-ups x15
Rpt 5 times w/30s rest btwn circuits

9/10/2008 Max Strength

1. Dips: 10x3 w/62.5lbs 90s rests

2a. Pullups: 4x6 w/40lbs 1 min rests
2b. 2 DB Hang Clean and Press: 4x6 w/58lb DBs 1 min rests

3a. Pistols: 4x6(per leg) w/50lbs 1 min rests
3b. 1 Arm DB Swings: 4x7(per arm) w/65.5lb DB 1 min rest

Finisher: Wall Sit for time: 2:15 w/ball btwn legs for max tension.

Beat my max attempt at a dip by 2.5lbs today. I never really tried a dip w/more than 60lbs until today. I was able to do 10 sets of 3 w/good form. Felt Good. The wall sit was a different story. Beat my time by 15s but man were my legs on fire. didn't think I'd be able to get up.

09/11/08 Intergrated Circuit Training and Core

ICT: 10 Med Ball Woodchoppers w/20lb ball
15 Med Ball Slams w/20lb ball
10 Burpees

Repeat 8 times, rest as needed.....14:00 flat was my time. First time doing this particular ICT and it didn't disappoint. Tough on the legs

Core: Ring Jacknives: x10
Band Twists: x6(per side)
Knee Hugs: x25
Waiter Walks: x67s w/55lb DBs

Repeat 5 times w/1 min rests btwn circuits

3a. DB Lunges: 4x8(per leg) w/73lb DBs 1 min rests
3b. Single Legged Good Mornings: 4x8(per leg) w/60lbs 1 min rests

4a. Ring Pushups: 4x10 w/45lbs and feet elevated 1 min rests
4b. False Grip Ring Rows: 4x12 w/BW and feet elevated 1 min rests

Finisher: Sandbag Carry Bearhug Style: 6:20s
