Well, they are quite adorable and seeing them all snuggled up, makes me wish we had more than just one.

So true! LOL When I asked him if he was bring the clubs, he just looked at me and said "who am I gonna play with"... Guess, I need to learn for times like these.

Well, yes it was set for me. I actually went and had my metabolism tested and a VO2 test done. Based on those numbers they programmed it for me. It isn't necessary, but I found from that testing that a lot of the time I was working way harder than I needed to. Now, that ended up helping (I think) me when it came to the VO2 portion of the test, but in all actuality, it wasn't helping me with my goal, which is fat loss. There are still times I work out of the "zone", because it just feels good, but I do try to pay attention and stay in the zone they gave me, where I burn the most fat. Some people don't believe in all those numbers, but since then (knocking on wood) it seems to be helping.

Thank you, thank you and thank you. We will have a good time.
It's been so long since we have vacationed, I forgot how much work it is. LOL But, I got a lot done and am feeling good about it all. I got my work email on "out of office" all my phone numbers have my messages, etc. I will not hear or see messages about traumas and low blood supply, for 10 days. My boss told me if she saw an email from me during that time, she would write me up.
And the big boss called me yesterday and wants to have a meeting with me when I get back, about a possible "position enhancement", LOL. Sounds kind of odd, huh? :P Either way it sounded very positive.
Got to the grocery store and loaded up with some good eats for everyone.
No gym tonight, but my HRM is telling me that I am over 2,000 calories burnt, none of which is in my "zone", but I have racked up a lot of NEAT. Cleaning out my car alone was crazy. I just learned that my back seats come up, so I can vaccuum and it was a mess. The kids were quite astonished at the things they have lost back there.
Ok, siince this is a training log and all, I need to stop procrastinating and get back to what I need to get done.
