That was freakin' hysterical!!! Just wanted to pop in and see if when you're gonna box??

Also...totally jealous of anyone taking a vacation...we keep trying to find a place, but everything we wanna rent is taken...we use Vacation Rentals - Vacation Rentals by Owner - CyberRentals to find places...I think they're mostly for rent by owner.

Hi there!
That is the same exact place we used to find our condo and when I compared the price to what the resort itself offers, we got a great deal. Plus, they are allowing us to rent it for only 5 nights, instead of the usual 7.
Well, as for the boxing, it seems I will need to provide the equipment, because our gym doesn't have them. Not too big of a deal, but I will wait until next month to spring for the goods.


Got to the gym this afternoon. Did a circuit workout with various things that I didn't write down. I did mountain climbers for the 1st time in a long time and my bum hurts. Guess that is a good thing.
Today is Hubby and I's 6-year anniversary. Kiddos are going to Grandma's and I am kind of hoping to go do something. We shall see. Hub is taking a nap on the couch a.k. watching golf.

Cool...yeah cyberrentals is awesome!! Happy Anniversary! I hope you had a wonderful day!!!

These are the two things we use, I bought the gloves myself, but he had the training pads:

Punch Mitts

Gloves

The gloves I have have a hole in the middle and no thumbs so they stay cooler...but they're similar!!!

Well, if I am going to hit the gym before work - that is when I have to get up. LOL
The gas is going to be the most expensive part of this trip, but I am stubborn and refuse to cancel this. We are just going to do as much free stuff as possible and we are also going to be making our meals, which is fine by me and will help me stay on track.

Thanks for all the anniversary wishes! We had a nice dinner out and I did well with my eating, despite watching the love of my life eat cheesy fries, chicken wings and a pizza sub. I did have a vodka tonic which tasted pretty darn good. I ordered a grilled chicken breast and had a salad (after removing some of the crap off of it) and instead of feeling deprived about it, I felt good. That helps.

It was a gorgeous weekend here and we really just enjoyed watching the kiddos play outside and did some cleaning.

Got to the gym this evening. I have really been enjoying my morning sleep, even though I burn more calories throughout the day, when I get up and go. My evening workouts seem to be much more productive, just doing the 1X a day thing, but I digress.

37 minutes on the step mill (I am a little confused. My trainer calls this machine the step mill, but on the machine it says "Stair Master". Anyways, it is the escalator looking thing.) I did 35 minutes with no hands and that is my new thing. It's not that I was holding on all the time, but there was definitely a chunk of time, where I was.
20 minutes on the eliptical. I don't seem to mind this machine so much when I do it after the step mill. My heartrate is easier to keep up, without killing the knees.

Food today is good. My chicken/asparagus/yams meal was yum. mmy.
