Hey Ginger! Looks like you are doing great. Are you getting any warmer weather! We are finally getting rid of the piles of snow that have been here for months.
I hate Canada sometimes, but now I can crawl out of hibernation.
I am looking forward to running outside, and getting to work in my yard.
Cheers, have a great night.

OMG I saw this guys house last night from Quebec. The snow was piled twice the height of his car when he shoveled!
Ahhh, thanks for checking on me, Jane! Last week was just insanely crazy at work and then we went out of town Saturday to meet up with Lori and her Hubby for the night.
I have workouts to get logged, but they are going well and I officially have my book back in my hot little hands, so bring on Stage 3!!!
Thanks so much for checking up on me, Girlfriend.

Warmer weather is trying to make it's way here. I have broken out the spring wardrobe and vow to stick with it, in hopes of bringing spring here, quicker. We shall see if it works. Right now, we have rain and apparently, 3 days of it in the forecast but, I'll take it.

Hey Girlie!
Ok, tonight I will sit down and get my workouts logged. I did do my 1st Stage 3 workout last night and WHOA. Tough stuff, but I am intrigued.
Got my eating in check, got in a great workout last night and feeling good. I had teeted with the idea of busting out some cardio this morning, but I was feeling a tad more sore than I thought I would, so I am resting up and will go do some intervals tonight.
I definitely got some curious looks with these moves from Stage 3 and now that I am more comfortable hanging out in the free weight area, it was kinda funny.

I miss you already too!
Can't wait to see the photos, always like having those reminders of good times!
Also looking forward to reading about the details of your torture sessions! LOL!
Glad to hear you took a break and didn't push it with the cardio. Your body deserved the rest! Let those musclesies grow so you can keep kicking ass in the gym.
Loved reading about you and Lori's (mis)adventures. Thanks for the encouragement. Your workouts definitely inspire me. I can't wait to hear your thoughts on Stage 3.

Legs
*Hack Squats, Lunges, Front Squats and I know the monster had me do more, but I can’t remember what else it was.
I didn’t write this workout down. It was a tough, tough workout and I was fighting the puke monster during it. With the starting Hacks, he had me do 50-flipping reps, 25 reps, then 20 reps and the weight was heavy, heavy, heavy. I blacked out after that. LOL Thursday, March 13th
Cardio/ 25 minutes on the step mill/15 on elliptical Friday, March 14th

Prone Cobra – Didn’t do ‘em. I did planks, instead. 60 sec, 60 sec
Saturday, March 15th
Chest Press on bench w/bar 10X45WU, 10X65, 10X75
Supersets
Side Lat raises (10X12.5, 10X12.5,10X12.5)
Tricep Bench Dips (15XBW, 15XBW, 15XBW)
Supersets
Chest press on machine (I don’t the weights he had on there. I was too busy trying to get through this without crying about my shaking triceps. LOL) 12X?, 12X?, 12X?

Stage 3, Workout A#1 (of 4)
One Armed SB Snatch (6X10, 6X10, 6X10)
Superset
DB Single Leg RDL (6X17.5, 6X17.5, 6X17.5)
Barbell Bent Over Row (6X60, 6X70, 6X80)
Superset

DB Incline Bench Press (6X17.5, 6X20, 6X22.5)
Superset (to superset these, I did planks instead of the PCs)
Plank 60s, 60s, 45s
Reverse Wood Chop (6X25, 6X25, 6X30)
BW Matrix
I only did 1 set of these. The cardio room was filling up with “steppers” and I was pretty spent, anyways.
Oh, and I didn’t do any timing, that was too much to ask.
24 squats
12 lunges on each leg
6 lunge jumps on each leg
10 squat jumps
I may do this one over again. I was really trying to get the form down on these, while making the weight manageable. So, we'll see. I felt a weird tweak in my right knee at one point, which is another reason I didn't finish the BW matrix. It seems to be alright, now.
Sorry for the funky fonts. I copied this from my Word document and it is now all screwed up. I give up.

It was great to get caught up with your killer workouts, he IS trying to kill you!
You are rocking the weights, isn't it amazing to think about the weights you started with and look at where you are today? I'm so inspired by you!
No prob. about the pictures, will look forward to seeing them whenever your computer decides to cooperate.
(still miss you. )
I love your new Avi! What a pretty smile, like sunshine! Great workouts, and I know what you mean about getting behind with the logs. Every time I do it I tell myself it's the last time, but I am forever running behind.
The AVI is awesome! You are looking like a Godess in that one. Welcome back to the grind and WAAAAAAY awesome workout posted there. A bit scary actually.
FAB, FAB, FAB avatar (sneaking in before new posting to log).
Thank you! I am normally the one behind the camera and I am not-so-photogenic, so after getting a current picture of myself I thought it was time for a change.

Thanks, Mel! It was taken last weekend when Lori and I got to visit for the 1st time in a while, so I was a smiling fool.

Hey Karla! Thank you! It was a little scary and the DOMS stuck with me, until last night so I'd say it was doing some good. At least I hope!

Thanks! Your Hubby is the one who took it. It's one of the ones from you and I on the stairs. I took one and cropped it to use. It's very rare that I am ok with a picture of me. I sent the Shutterfly album to your home addy, so you should have them.

Thanks, Jill! I definitely had the perma-grin going on. I need to start practicing my "badass" face, LOL.
Well, I took yesterday off. I had to work late, it was decent outside and I was still pretty sore from Wednesday morning. I am headed back to the gym tonight for either my next NROL4W workout or just cardio, can't decide. Tomorrow is leg day with trainer, so I want to be ready for that and not have previous soreness holding me back.

Great new avi! It's funny that Lori's husband took it because it looks like it was taken in a studio--something about the background!
So what did you do at the gym last night? Hope you're feeling rested for LEG DAY.
