Day 71 (3-17-08):
Diet:

- quick trip to McDonald's before the hockey game, messed up calorie count
Exercise:

- finally got to lift today, after more painting.
- chinups were brutal.. hard to break to grasp of gravity when pulling this much weight off the ground. was only able to do a slow 5 count on the first set
- also 60 minutes of hockey (4-4 T)
