Day 58 (3-4-08):

Diet:


-must have something screwed up in the ss calcs, seems messed up
- overall, things were pretty good

Exercise:

- TKD 45minutes of kicks... blackbelt "pre" test trials... lots of kicks

Diet:



Exercise:


- Terrible workout in terms of completely all reps. Felt really tired, but great workout in terms of working until complete exhaustion.

Day 60 (3-6-08):

Diet:


- protein a little high, but percentage off due to not enough calories.
- Did have a little sugar in there... Had a frosted covered graham cracker as a psuedo-birthday cake

Exercise:
- 60 minutes of TDK: Did form tonight, lots of work and good workout

Day 62 (3-8-08) and Day 63 (3-9-08):

Diet:

- too busy on Sat to track what I eat: did fine until late evening when I was done painting. Candy crackers and chips.... Crap!


- busy again painting, so didn't have time to eat

Exercise:
- Does painting count????

Walls and ceiling, no happy little trees here, only grumpy old man

Two coats of Polyshades stain to give the office a mahogany feel and two more coats of polyurethane to protect and give it the high varnish look.

Next I need to wire in a couple lights, then stain and polyurethane the shelves. After that trim work

Diet:


-- fiber way too low

Exercise:
60 minutes of hockey (6-5 L), not a good session so far

Things I Learned:

- doesn't look good for working out this week with the painting and construction downstairs. The gym is packed with stuff from my office. I will have to make up for it somehow. Might have to do a lot of pushups and situps.

Bodyweight workouts can be an absolute killer. You can get a lot more creative than pushups and situps if you want.

Diet:

-eating was pretty good, did have some breads and sugars, but healthy overall.
- too busy to track though

- painting, painting and more painting - shoulders actually sore

Day 71 (3-17-08):

Diet:


- quick trip to McDonald's before the hockey game, messed up calorie count

Exercise:


- finally got to lift today, after more painting.
- chinups were brutal.. hard to break to grasp of gravity when pulling this much weight off the ground. was only able to do a slow 5 count on the first set

- also 60 minutes of hockey (4-4 T)
