R Thigh: 26"
R Calf: 17"

Nutrition: Tracking my calories on My Food Diary :: Online Calorie Counter w/ Diet Journal & Exercise Log
Exercise: I just got my copy of NROL4W today. My plan is to start the program when I return from my vacation to Aruba, during the last week of January. Until then I will work on learning the moves and also going to some "barbie" weight classes at the gym. I also run twice at least twice a week. I am a beginnner triathlete (i've done two sprints) So, I'll be starting an olympic triathlon training plan in mid-march. I am also planning on doing my first marathon in October 2008, so I will be starting that training in late March. My hope is to build as much muscle and lose as much fat as possible between now and then.
Goals:
1. Get Under 180 lbs.
2. Fit into a size 12 pair of pants
3. Look hot in a bridesmaids dress on 7/6/08!
4. Get stronger

Hello! First of all, I want to wish you success. I am doing the challenge as well and I am excited.
What marathon are you planning on doing in October? I am going to train for the Nike marathon in SF in October. I have never ran a marathon, but have always dreamed of completing one and have trained for one a couple of times. I am looking forward to getting some weight off, so I can focus on my running and eating more (healthy foods of course) when I am training this summer/fall.

I'm planning to do the Portland Marathon in October 2008. In Portland there are several marathon training groups. I'm planning to join one called Portland Fit. They run together every Saturday, starting at the end of March, and they give you runs to do on your own during the week. It's pretty low cost, too. So, I'm hoping that I can get really strong before I start working towards that goal.

Thanks for your support everyone! Yesterday was a day of rest for more. I headed to the gym this afternoon, but was not feeling great. I spent about 25 mintues on the treadmill, AKA dreadmill, walking at a 2% incline. I had some heartburn from eating a fatty lunch, so running wasn't an option. I then decided to go to an hour long yoga class. Which I'm really glad I did. It really helped me stretch out. My plans for tomorrow are to attend an hour long interval class at the gym, that includes lifting "barbie" weights and doing some step or kickboxing moves.
I got my copy of NROL4W Monday night. I finished reading it today and learned a ton. I'm planning to reread it and start working on learning the moves I don't already know. My plan is to begin the program on January 29, when I return from my vacation.

I'm doing a few sprint tris this summer. Seems like we have a few triathletes here!
Sooooo jealous of your vacation to Aruba!
