I am killin' myself! or Alwyn is killin' me. I am not sure which. CNS is definitely feeling it. "Which" was almost "witch."

Knees didn't hurt much today during the workout, but I had to REALLY focus to get my glutes to fire instead of the quads.

Was down to 164.5 after this workout. I think it's finally happening!! Yeah!

Thanks Greg! But as you can see in my previous post it's just about to kill me. I can't wait to be finished with stage 2...except that stage 3 is coming. I am hearing the JAWS music as I think about stage 3. Akkk!

Keep plugging away, Jamie. You're doing great and soon the "B"itch workout will be a thing of the past.

Lots O' red in there Jamie. Nice work, Miss.

I am shaking my head about the trainer.

Just chiming in to say your progress pictures are amazing. I know looking at your stats that you hadn't lost weight when you took them but your body is TOTALLY different!!! WOW! Tummy, gone. Butt, um... round a J-loicious! I'm even more motivated to keep pushing forward than I ever was. Thanks for the inspiration. I can't wait for your Stage 7 pics! When you get there you are going to be amazing. And your lifting weights are great. Way more than me that's for sure. Great job.

I bought two size 12 dresses today...a size I haven't bought since well before Jack was born. He's two and a half! Thanks Alwyn, Lou and Cass!

Way to reward yourself at the end of the stage. Good work.

She was stunning when she put on those dresses. It was like a timewarp to ten years ago.
