It definitely matters what RL thinks. His praise and encouraging words help keep me going when things get hard and I am a big whiner.

She's really doing awesome. She's kind of an "all or nothing" mentality with fitness, and as long as she keeps up the gym habit everything else falls into place pretty well!

Way nice results Jamie. The fat is melting away and being replace by muscle. I think that is exactly what you want.

Yesterday at 1:00 was the last post here and I'm already on page 3...dude!!
Let me just say for those of you who are wondering...Stage 2 the B workout stands for Bitch...'cause it is one!!!
NROL4W, Stage 2-B1
WideGrip DL from a box: 1x10x75, 1x10x85
Bulgarian SS: 2x10x10e
Underhanded grip Pulldown: 1x10x60, 1x10x65
Reverse lunge off box with forward lean: 2x10x10e
DB prone cuban snatch: 2x10x3e
Swissball Crunch: 1x10x8, 1x10x16
Reverse cruchch: 2x10xBW
Hanna Lateral Flexion #3: 2x10xBW
Prone Cobra: 1x1min 5secs, 1x1min 10secs
Intervals:
9 minutes: 3 completed intervals on treadmill; work speed 8.5mph, rest speed 3.5mph
Went for a fourth interval, but it was a no go. About 30 secs into it, I could feel my legs about to give way...so I stopped.
Let me just reiterate if you missed it B stands for BITCH!!

Hi! I just wanted to pop in now that I'm not lurking anymore and say that you're doing a great job, and you're one of the inspiring stories that convinced me to start NROLFW myself. You do a great job juggling being a wife and mother, with the new priorities you have set for yourself. I hope I am half as successful as you!

36:30 on the treadmill...3 miles. The longest I've stayed on the treadmill in 3 years. This post is full of threes.

NROL4W, Stage 2-A2
Front Squat/Push Press 1x10x45, 1x10x 55
Step Up 1x10x50, 1x10x40
Dumbbell one point row 1x10x 35, 1x10x30
Static Lunge 2x10x25
Push up 2x10
Plank 2x60 secs
CHWC 1x10x40, 1x10x35
Notes: - Think I'll try 55 again on the FSPP, it was hard but I felt pretty good about it.
- 10 lb difference on the step ups makes a huge difference. Next time I'll try to do them both at 50, but dude, that's heavy!
- DBOPR...wow, 5lbs made a huge difference. Could do them without much trouble at 30, but 35? I could hardly make it to the starting position!
- Shooting for 75-80 secs on the planks next week
- Bumping CHWC back up to 40 for both sets next week. 40 left me feeling totally fried, but 35 wasn't very much of a challenge.
RL is playing golf tomorrow, so I am going to do the ever ellusive "Saturday workout." Yeah!
Naptime for me! Happy Friday, my friends!

Don't worry. It passed. I was doing good this morning. Now I'm tired and cranky.
What are the details? We have little league opening day all flippin day on Saturday.
7:30 - Meet with the team.
8:30 - 10 Parade
10-12 Opening day ceremony
4-6:30 Opening Day game versus the Dodgers
I remember the the pictures from last year. It looks like a great time. My daughter would love it.
