Before Gabe gets on me too hard: I have been moving and grooving, just not NROL4W.

Wed and Thurs of last week I dug my flower bed...ever scraped the grass off with a madox? No workout needed either of these days.

Friday, Cappy, Shannon and I did some crazy w/o Cappy had printed...all while trying not to run into the guys standing around doing nothin'. AND I did Manuel's Oly Lifting session Friday afternoon.

Saturday was consumed with keeping track of Aragon and Cotter's 5 hour kettlebell training.

Tuesday I kept my 6 month old niece as well as my own two children. I was...how do you say...busy!

Family vacation and VBS (I am the preschool coordinator for VBS) are coming in the next three weeks. So you should expect workouts to be few and far between. Planning on keeping cals low and smart so as to not go backwards during the sporadic w/o's.

thanks for checking in you guys!

Just saw your update pictures and you are moving right along. Great job sticking with it.

Jamie, you've made great progress recently, as I witnessed at the Summit. Y'all were working hard on Friday.

Keep it up - and your gonna love working with KBs.

Ask away anytime. I was surprised when we met Friday as I wasn't keeping up with all the hard work you've been putting in.

Wish I could've talked more with you and Michael. That weekend went way too fast.

Amen to that. It felt like I had about five minutes with each person.

Five minutes in some activities, as RW can attest, is more than twice as long as I actually need. But to just have a conversation with friends, I'd prefer a lot more time.

She's gonna love that I commented in her log again.

Jamie, you should be very proud of your accomplishments this past year. The changes to your physique are indeed very noticeable. I'm always amazed at how well you are able to balance your busy life with your young kids and yet still find time to work out and stay healthy. I know it may not seem like it sometimes from your perspective, but clearly you must be doing something right.

It was such a pleasure seeing you and Michael again in LR. I echo Chris' comments that I wish I could have had more time to chat with you guys in a bit more depth. Oh well ... guess that means we're all committed for '09, eh?

Jamie, I'm going to jump in to echo those sentiments! You (and others as well -- Diane, Julie, etc) have a lot on your plate with the little ones. Truly, I don't know how you all do it. I only have a PUPPY and my whole life seems to have been turned upside down!! To fit it all in is amazing and to be applauded!

This is the flower bed I started clearing before the summit. I finally got plants and mulch in it today. I am really proud of it though these night pictures might not do it very much justice.

This is the other flower bed. It was already dug, just needed flowers instead of grass clippings.

I love gardening, but I have to say...I am so done! Like DONE DONE!!!

Thanks! I have re-discovered why people pay other people good money for jobs like this.

And really, I only got one fire ant bite after all that work. I was totally suprised. Guess the weed and feed plus fire ant killer works! Yeah!

I just have to say that I only recognized you because you were there with Alfred E Newman. Two years ago, we hung out for all of five minutes and your pics don't do you justice. You're pretty hot. Let's keep this between us though, RL's got the reach on me.
