Awesome! I'm so happy it turned out ok. Those female things are always nerve wracking. I hope you guys have no more medical drama!

And all this drama, ladies and gentlemen, is why I've never had an annual checkup.

Today's workout
NROL4W Stage 4 B2
Prone Cobra: 2x120sec
Plank: 1x120sec, 1x90sec
WideGrip DL from a box: 1x8x85, 2x8x95
Bulgarian SS: 3x8x35 (17.5e)
Underhanded grip Pulldown: 3x8x90
Reverse lunge off box with forward lean: 3x8x35 (17.5e)
DB prone cuban snatch: 2x8x16 (8e), 1x8x15 (7.5e)
Incline Crunch: 2x8
Incline Reverse cruchch: 2x8
SwissBall side crunch: 2x8
Notes:
* I should just do planks and cobras first. I HATE them and having them done is such a blessing AND I could hit the time that I was shooting for. Having them at the end of the workout is a waste.
* Felt strong today!
* Two guys commented that I looked "skinny" and "hot" today in the gym. Funny 'cause the pics that I just took SO don't reflect that. Meh!
Running tomorrow.

Jamie,
I disagree ... there are definitely changes ... your butt is much smaller!!
Nice job on the planks and cobras! Putting them at the beginning makes sense. I should do that too as my workouts are very upper body intensive and then my arms are fried at the end and I can barely hold myself up on my arms!!
