Thanks for stopping by, Steve and Red. Life has been good, better now that I can lift again.

Well, a quick update and report on a significant discovery!

I just noticed this morning....my DOMS from yesterday's workout was particularily bad today and I was rubbing those sore legs when I discovered some slight "bulges' that were not present last week. I noticed on the outside of my thighs, the outer quads were beginning to appear! I had noticed a more lean appearance to my thighs, but the actual appearance of anything suggestive of a developing quad was exciting to say the least!

Squats work! What more can I say!

Nice work, Ray. Glad you're back at it.
