Hubby came home this weekend because of #4 kiddo turning 6 plus the holiday weekend. Turned out to be a junk food marathon -- and lots of it! Before this weekend, my average cals for the week were something like 1000 per day - was just so not capable of eating.
Been feeling sick for a week and getting rather tired of it. Now I know why.

Morning (read: all-day) sickness is easing upon me the past week and should do a full-body slam in a couple of weeks if the past is any indicator. I stay sick until the last couple of weeks before birth. Eats will certainly be interesting over the coming months as I try to eat whatever will stay down.
Obviously, I'm going to try to up my calories, as well as continuing to try and keep my protein up. Workouts will, well, I dunno. I didn't know before what I was going to do and I still don't know. LOL Pregnancy certainly isn't an illness or disease, merely a phase of life, so I'll keep on going. I just have to figure out what works with the heat + morning sickness.
Now that I'm not sitting here feeling sorry for myself for feeling sick in the middle of summer for no reason, I'll be more sociable and make the round of the logs to catch up on everyone!
