Yes I can see buffness in your monthly pics.

I must be exhausted, because I just went back to look at your pictures to find the butterflies.

I know exactly what you mean, but I never doubted your buffness. You're amazingly strong !
(And, like someone else posted, I misread that and was thinking butterflies were in your pictures, too . I think I need to start getting some more sleep.)

June 14
4 hours light outdoor chores
2 hours pool time
June 15
7 hours outdoor chores, varied between light, moderate, and heavy.
Notes:
Yeah, I know. No real workouts for a few days. We just sent hubby off today and he'll be gone for a couple of months at a time so things have been.... chaotic. After a couple of days of getting into a new routine, life should calm down again. I hope. We got rid of all of the critters (except our house dog) so that takes some of the every day chore stress off of me.
Now, here I sit all freaking night on my butt in front of the computer, awaiting messages from hubby if he needs help with directions along the way. Looks like I'll finally have time to make the log rounds again.

Last week's eats averages:
Calories..........1801
Fat..................64.6g.... .32%
Protein...........107.2g.....2 3%
Carbs.............205.8g.....4 5%
Fiber...............28.6g
Eats were all over the place last week from the pre-hubby-trip chaos. I had a 4000 cal day and a 400 cal day and everything in between. I'm aiming for a bit more moderation this week. LOL

LOL. That's hilarious. Hang in there with your husband being gone.

I remember moments like that...definitely a milestone...
Sometimes I embarrass my kids by striking a side chest pose in front of a mirror-like office building window

Bleh. Check out Bacardio's log some time. He's down to lower protein now, based on Alan's advice at the summit (I don't know the details, though). I have to get Girth Control as soon as hubby's new job $$ start rolling in! It was killing me to eat the 1:1 protein levels -- makes me feel like crap. I'd love to hear another opinion on protein levels that makes me feel better about lowering my protein.
Until the past year, I averaged maybe 20-30g of protein a day and I always had gobs of muscle mass and strength, even before I gained all of the fat from quitting smoking. Really, I was man-strong and buff without protein so, the more I think about things, the more I'm starting to have trouble toting the party line with the massive protein.
Regardless of the "correct" answer, I'm just shooting for over 100g/day now to give myself a much-needed break.

Thanks! He'll get to come home every couple of months and we'll get to go visit him every couple of weeks so it's cool. We're all looking at it as a grand adventure with lots of travels (and, hopefully, money!)! LOL

You're as weird as I thought. I frequently embarrass my kids in public and enjoy it. It's our job, right?!
