Going to try to play catch-up today.
Saturday: 2.5 hours in the pool, 2 hours light outdoor chores.
Sunday: 1.5 hours in the pool, 1 hour light outdoor chores.
(15' metal frame pool so not actual lap swimming or anything, just constant movement and tossing of short, loud people.)
Last week's eats averages:
Calories..........1800
Fat.................51.2g..... 26%
Protein..........129.6g.....29 %
Carbs............198.4g.....45 %
Fiber...............33.5g

The Cardio Coach was funny as hell! I got the free download from here. Besides cracking me up, it was actually pretty cool. I was able to kick my own butt and be completely distracted while doing it for 50 minutes.
Thanks for all of the compliments, gang! I'm really happy with my progress since January. The month of May, however, not so much. I took the entire month "off" in a way. I didn't do crap for heavy lifting, instead working on form and doing other stuff that made me happy. I also took it really easy on the eats because I needed the mental break. I didn't go all nutso or anything, just more relaxed and not stressing about every little macro 24/7. So, no huge changes physically in May but still some smaller improvements so that's very cool for a relaxed month.
Now June Doom has begun! Susan and I are going to go crazy for this last month of the challenge. I'm rested and raring to go now! I'll be getting back to heavier lifting (except on the power cleans because I'm still learning that), plus my running here and there, plus increasing general activity levels, plus this (with some tweakage as necessary). I'll be going lighter and, well, different on eats than I was earlier in the year because of a few factors. I'll have to see how that plays out because you know how I love experimenting on myself!
It's so F'ing hot. Argh.
Bonus: Hubby's down 6 pounds in the last month or so. Woot! I think he's hotter than hell just the way he is but, for health reasons, he really needs to lose a lot of blubber so I'm thrilled.

Thanks, guys!
June Doom, Day 2:
Starting Strength A:- Warmup: Blah, blah, not so good but did a little.
- Squats: 5 x 5 x 65#.
- Bench press: 1 x 5 x 75#, 4 x 5 x 80#.
- Deadlift: 5 x 5 x 155#.
Walk, treadmill: 45 minutes @ 3.5 mph, 2.6 miles, to Sawyer Brown CD with a Shaft meets Barbarino walk.
Stretch: 20 minutes, decent job.
Pool time: Missed it today since I had to spend 90 freaking minutes in Wal-freaking-Mart getting groceries and then checked out for 30 minutes by the most annoying cashier ever.
Notes:
1. Still having occasional numbness in right foot. Also having numbness in right hand for the past few days, not as often as foot, though.
2. My back is so screwed. My neck is down to maybe 75% ROM. I have a headache from it that just won't go away, along with several newly developed knots in my upper back. Argh.
3. I now officially hate deadlifts. They used to be my favorite.
4. Squats are good and solid form-wise (mostly) now but I'm so weak on them. I will keep increasing the weight -- still have plenty in the tank for them but, dang, I can't imagine ever getting over 100# with them.
5. Temps were 100 during today's workout. Felt fine with it on everything but the lifting and that's only because I did it late when my back and headache were at their worst.
