Taking and posting the monthly pics and progress on Sunday was apparently so traumatic that I forgot to post last week's eats averages. Doh!

Calories.........2264
Fat................130.8g..... .....52%
Protein...........197.7g...... ....35%
Carbs..............71.2g...... .....13%
Fiber...............20.9g

My fat's going higher as I've been trying. I want to get up to about 60% eventually but it's a slow process. Protein's still good, as are calories. I have started allowing my carbs to go up a bit but still only in veggie form.

Starting tomorrow, I will add in a workout (protein) smoothie with a bit of fruit in it. I've been on TNT for the 4 weeks now and, while I could stay strictly on Plan A, I'm really tanking on the workouts without that bit of fruit in my smoothies. So I guess that means I'm on Plan... B now. (Had to go look up what plan that was. LOL) If that slows down my fat loss a bit, so be it. With the warmer weather and massive outdoor activity going on (except for today!), I'm sure it won't have much negative impact, if any, on my progress.

I give you total props for going low-carb... I know I could never handle it

Great progress, D. Oh, and thanks for the link to dailyplate. I like its database. My username is iNatalia there. What's yours?

Thanks, Kara! It's really not that tough for me. I was pretty much just a veggie hog already but now it's just adding in protein and fat. I've never had much of a problem with sweets or breads or any of that other bad stuff. Keep your paws back from my veggies, though, or I'll gnaw 'em off!

Looking good, Diane! I'm happy you found TNT quite manageable. After about 9 weeks on A, I am also thinking of switching to B. Still tossing the idea around. I tried going to B at the beginning of Feb and decided I still wasn't quite ready.

If you are loosing 2lbs a week and still feeling energy why are you changing anything? I am going to shoot for 2-3 lbs a week when I cut. Go ahead and get that fat off already I say. If you were feeling drained or starving to death to do it that would be a different story.

But that is why. I've been tanking on my workouts and my butt's been dragging. But, before I go adding too many cals, I'm going to try adding back in a bit of (fruit) carbs around workouts. Hopefully that'll take care of it!

Diane, I'm curious to hear how the veggie-carb increase works for you. I'm trying out some new eats, though nothing formal like TNT, and have reduced my carb-intake significantly. I've found, though, that I need to eat them strategically because of the high volume of cardio training with rowing 5 x week.

Anyway, now my carbs come only from fruit, veggies, and one piece of whole grain bread per day... and I'm losing still, too.

Keep us posted on plan B!

Well, I am happy with my rate of fat loss, so I was hesitant to rock the boat. My workouts don't seem to be suffering, but I was curious what kind of a difference I would feel if I DID add in carbs around them. I still may try it for a week, just to see. I don't want to stall my fat loss until I am closer to goal, however. I actually think I would like plan D (I think??) where you get one carb-up meal a week and still keep it low-carb the other 6 days.

News Bulletin:

As of 30 seconds ago, I now weigh officially under 200 pounds! Woot! (Okay, it's 199.8 but it's after eating breakfast and I'll take it. LOL) Yeah, I know it's just the meaningless scale but there's just something so.... HUGE-sounding about being over 200 as a woman, ya know?

Now back to the regularly-scheduled, not-caring-about-the-scale program.

Diane I remember the very day I broke out over 200 and what it did to me.

There is a HUGE stigma attached to that.

I think that is SIGNIFICANT for ya! Pats on back. Good for you!

BTW I can't eat just veggies. I gotta have starches for energy. Can you say Dr Jekyl, Mr Hyde?

Precision Nutrition has you add them PWO. I don't know TNT. I cannot even do PN LOL!

A HUGE (or is that not so huge anymore) congratulations my friend!!!!!!!

My bet is on the lack of carbs not calories as the thing that is tanking you. It will be interesting to see what you come up with though.
