Thanks, everyone!
Hubby brought the bench-in-a-box home last night and we put it together. Actually, he put it together and then redid the stuff that I tried to put together. LOL ( had a bad case of the stoopids last night.) What a great bench!! It is so soft and thickly padded and overall wonderful!

The 100 step ups were only possible because they were on a 10" step, the one I started on. I bet if you all tried step ups on a baby step like that, you could do 100+, too!

I joined in the fun over there. Today is a rest day for me but I couldn't resist playing a little to see what my 1RM might be! Got up to 230# before I petered out. Here's what I did.

So tonight, when hubby got home, I told him that I could now pick up a lot of men, he wasn't impressed. When I informed him that I could pick up even more women, he thought that was pretty hot.

several T-shirt slogans come to mind...
"Don't even think about pickin' me up if I can pick YOU up!"
"I don't date men I can deadlift"
and list goes on......

NR4W, Stage 1, Special Workout B
No warmup.
Deadlift: 100 reps at 55#. (Now at 175# 3/8.)
DB shoulder press: 32 reps at 17.5#e (35# total). (Now at 27.5#e (55# total) 3/8.)
Wide-grip lat pulldown: 37 reps at 80#. (Now at 120# 3/8.)
Lunge: 48 reps at BW. (Now at 45-55# 3/8.)
Swissball crunch: 50 reps with 20# plate on chest and feet on floor. (Now at BW with feet elevated on 18" step 3/8.)
Blech. So freaking boring. Hate, hate, hate these AMRAPs.
Was going to do HIIT after the weights but I forced myself to down some of the leftover artificially sweetened whey from before and now I'm feeling pukey. (Duh.) I'll try HIIT later once I get over this.

No HIIT yet and, with the funk I'm in now, I doubt I'll do it today. That's okay, though.
I was just sitting here stewing over eats again and here's what I started typing out on someone else's log in a reply about TNT. Not wanting to hijack their log with my insanity, I'm just gonna paste it here:
Ugh. I'm so sick of meat and cheese and eggs. Another thing is that I've been keeping up with tracking my cals and macros, etc, just because I'm anal that way. I wasn't limiting them or anything, just watching how it played out. I'm sticking with the roughly 200g protein/day (1g/lb bw). Add that on top of the "high fat" part of TNT -- how much is "high"? I don't have a problem getting too much (if that's possible) but a problem getting enough. I just don't like fats for the most part and it would be nice to have a goal of sorts to work towards. Then there's the veggie factor. I LOVE veggies. I mean LOVE them. Before, I'd eat a lunch of 10 cups of mixed greens salad and dinner would be 2-4 pounds of broccoli and cauliflower, etc. TNT says to eat the non-starchy veggies liberally but, really, is there not some limit to the calories? Because it takes an enormous buttload of veggies for me to get my fill, even when I'm sticking with the protein requirements and high fats. My calories end up way freaking high. So just this weekend, I've started limiting my veggies and I don't like it at all. Argh.
I love salad and broccoli and mushrooms and tomatoes like most women love chocolate. I'm a veggie binger. *hangs head in a vitamin-filled shame*

Are you still feeling/seeing positive results? If so, why the angst?

Darn good question.
I think it just all boils down to me being an anal little snot who needs to have details, details, and more details. Not having a specific fat intake to shoot for (since I don't like oils/fats/greasy most anything and, therefore, naturally avoid such things) And, no matter what the book says about a high-fat diet being self-limiting in calorie intake, my stomach is not buying it right now. It's a real struggle to keep it under 3k cals each day and it's not like I'm some muscle-bound, lean body builder trying to pack on massive quantities of even more bulk. I need to find some middle happy ground, where I can lose the lard, keep the muscle, and live & eat my happy veggie way for the rest of my life.
Kid duties call....

As you know, TNT is set up so as to be detail free. If you're able to get stronger and lose fat then the details would seem to be secondary.
