Plan
NROLW - I will be following the program in the book.
3 times a week. I will be trying to go to the gym at lunch - I had started the NROL last year in our home gym - having 3 kids talking to you as you try to do these workouts is next to impossible. If the gym is a bust my husband said he would help me get the workouts done at home. I am SUPER afraid to go the gym its just

overwhelming my coworkers go there at lunch and I am dreading anyone seeing me in workout clothes - let alone see the fatigue that will show with these workouts. WHO CARES Right? Its not their health.
Nutrition
Precision Nutrition and general rules of good eating - basically follow my husband who does all this stuff everyday and has had amazing results.
I need to try to eat 5 meals per day, and eat well before the workouts so I do not pass out but not to much because I already felt like throwing up after workout B in NROL I learned alot by trying those workouts.
Calorie intake about 1500 - this may alter as I learn more.
I need the tough love too! Okay lets do this!
-------------------------------------------------
Of course when I posted this in the challenge I am right between two women in great shape trying to gain. I know we all have our "thing" and I am trying to remain positive but this is going to be a tough process.
So tomorow is the first day of the lunch time gym, I will post how it goes. And hopefully fine tune my nutrition plan since John says you need a road map to know where you are going...
