Okay back to back is brutal!! FLIIB yesterday killed me, FLIIA buried me today... well maybe floated me down a river of sweat??? LOL
My PWO shake is getting me through, I use 1/2 scoop of vanilla protien to a pack of crystal light Energy (strawberry) in my shaker cup - its awesome!
