Default I'm oNaROLl ! :)

Hi!
I'm in the chicks' NROL challenge and think it's just about time I started this training/diet journal thingie.

Current stats:
Age 35
Height 5'3"
Weight 127 lb
Bicep 10.63"
Waist 26.8"
Hips 36.2"
Thigh (R) 20.5"
Chest 34.6"
MBI 22.5
Goal: more muscle, less fat. MBI of 18 or less.
Plan to do NROL4W, run, and eat clean. Have to come up with calories count - hate this part!!! I looked at the TNT meal plan, and love the simplicity, so I may give it a shot!

I won't try this time.
I've tried a lot.
I will just do it.

Ok, I'm officially done with my first A workout...I'm so out of shape I can't believe it! I was reading the plan thinking "jee, 15x2, this is easy to the point that it may not be enough!" Yeah, I know...It was enough alright...
I'm so glad I've joined this challenge!

Workout:
Squats 2x15 with 22lb "body bar" - next time will go at least 10lb heavier with a barbell.
Push-ups 2x15 - here's where I first time realized I'm so behind my former self...
Seated row 2x15 45lb - wasn't too bad
Step-up 2 x15 - had trouble finding something to actually step up on, and ended up with a regular bench. Did ok with two 8lb dumbells.
Prone Jackknife 2x8 - this one killed me. Didn't even think I'd be able to finish without hurting myself...

Did 10 min cardio in the beginning and 5 min stretching at the end...Phew...Pathetic!!!

I'll be better. Promise. And I'll repeat: I'm SO GLAD I've joined the challenge!

Thanks Vanessa! I'll keep it up!
Starting the TNT meal plan tomorrow, just packed my fridge with groceries. Fun stuff The first 4 weeks look like the phase 1 of the Southbeach Diet, which I've been on and remember wanting apples so badly! I know I'm not supposed to eat fruit for a while...(sigh)

Good luck! A lot of folks here have had success with the previous NROL book, so you should have success with this.

Sveta, looks like you are off to a great start! Good luck with tnt! If you reaaaally need to cheat with fruit, do it with berries.
