Karla - I'm eating I swear

I'm not even counting calories anymore. My weight was up and down a lot last month because of the stomach flu and then regular flu with fever and stuff. I'm working on it...Hate the thought of losing muscles!..

Did the second workout in stage 2 today...wow. Does it have to be so hard?

Deadlifts from the box
warm up 1 x 6 35#, 1x6 45#
2x10 55#
BSS 1x10 15# each dumbell
1x10 10# dumbells (took time to figure this one out!..)
Bentover row 2x10 45#
Reverse lunge with forward reach
1x10 15# each
1x10 10# each
Cuban snatch 2x10 5# each...(what's wrong with that!!!)
Crunches 2x15, reverse crunches 2x10, prone cobra 2x30 (there's no way I can take it to 60 right now!)
Did some stretching at the end.
I'm really scared of stage 3 now...everyone says it's even tougher! Jee...
