Sorry to hear that you are not feeling well!  Your last few workouts sound pretty hardcore, which I'm sure has only added to your illness. Someone needs to find a way to train the body to fight infections AND give us enough energy for tough workouts!
I read an interesting article about "Activia" yogurts--they don't contain significant increased amounts of probiotics, they just heavily advertise that they contain them and therefore charge more. Probiotics are a fantastic thing to add into your diet--especially when on anti-'s.

Hey Tracey, thanks for stopping by!
My fever topped at 103 yesterday which is what it is with flu, it doesn't freak me out too much. I had to take some advil though to get rid of the headache. Other than that, I think I'm good...*cough* well, better. Gave me a nice chance to catch up with most of the logs  I'd love to go for some squats tomorrow but don't know if I can yet. I have two workouts left (excluding "specials") in stage 1 and I want to be done with them sooo badly!
My eats haven't been too good this week. Those 2/14 chocolates derailed my TNT quite a bit...Time to get serious again, the month 2 pics are right around the corner!

What the hell girl? Why ya even think'n about working out today? Just be chill'n for a couple of days and eat healthy. If you don't eat like crap you will maintain weight and not gain. Your body needs rest.

Karla, I know, it's the stupid side of me.  I just didn't expect it to be that bad and last that long! Ugh! It's actually easy not to eat crap - I'm not hungry most of the time and munch on cheese and yogurt. Also, my husband's been cooking, all "meaty" stuff (yum!). I did feel like having some dried fruit yesterday - yeah, not exactly on TNT menu but when my body's so particular about certain food, I don't fight it. A little bit won't hurt I fugure.
