I swear I posted here yesterday but I don't see it. I must be getting senile. I don't remember what I thought I said but I'm sure it was something wise, seeing as I'm a rocket scientist and all.

Anyway, I'm here, I'm watching. Go, Sveta, go! Eat, Sveta, eat!

Hey- I'm still hanging in there! I did skip one workout this week though, gotta catch up!
Today - A4
Squats 2x12 60#
Push-ups 2x10 regular
Seated row 2x12 60
Step-up 2 x12 20#
Prone Jackknife 2x10

Ok I really need to learn to use the Smith machine...yeah, you can laugh all you want. Never had a chance to use it - just didn't lift enough weight. Today was quite embarrasing - I put a 60# barbell on my shouders over my head but couldn't take it off the same way...ugh.
My DH spotted me on the second set - thanks so much- but I really really need to figure out Smith since we don't get to work out together too often. Also, why would people superload the bar on a squat rack and not take the plates off when they're done?.. I know it's probably ok for most gym inhabitants but for whimps like me it's just totally discouraging.

Svet, can you free squat with a 45 lb bar?

there are many answers to this question, but no real solution though. As long as ppl think only about themselves at the gym there will always be unloaded bars

Yes...but it's a tad bit too easy for 12 reps.

good...load it with enough weight that's challenging enough and do free squats instead of Smith. I used to do Smith. Then I used exclusively free squats for a long time. When I went back to Smith I found that it limits my natural movement patterns.

Ok it's been exactly 4 weeks since I posted the measurements and ...hmm...pictures which probably means it's THE time again.
Height 5'3" - this one doesn't fluctuate a lot
Weight 127 lb - 120 lb Yeah, it dropped a bit much for 4 weeks but I measured in right after the holidays, with tons of carbs and everything, and then went very low carb with no starches whatsoever...well, except for that one evil stuffed pancake...

Bicep 10.63" - 10.2"
Waist 26.8"- 24.8"
"Low" waist 29.5" - 28.3
Hips 36.2" - 35"
Thigh (R) 20.5" - 20.1" (L) 20.2" -19.5"
Chest 34.6" - don't ask. Too frustrating
MBI 22.5 - 21.3

And the pics, 1/5 and today

Wendy, Kara, thanks! Seeing that something's changing really pumps things up I like the program and won't alter my eats a lot - well maybe switch from TNT plan A to TNT C where I can actually have fruit one day a week without feeling too guilty

Well this week's started really well...It's Wednesday and it's the 5th day I've been down with a stomach flu - or whatever it is... kinda scary and totally exhausting.
