I'm so happy I actually have something to report today!
Workout B2
Deads 3x14 45#
Shoulder press 2x15 8# dumbells
Lat pulldown 2x15 40#
Lunge 2x15 8#dumbells - did all sets with weights today! Last week had to drop dumbells on 8th rep and did BW only. Me like!
Ball crunch 1x15 BW 1x15 6# ball.
Did 10 min elliptical before weights and ran 1 mile after!
Being able to go back to gym after the week of idleness is awesome!
The eats have been good as well. No more pancakes on the horizon so sleep tight peeps...

Workout A3 today! Feeling a lot stronger already, yey!
Squats 1X12 27#, 1x12 40#, 1x12 50#
Push-ups 2x12 regular
Seated row 1x12 40#, 1x12 50#
Step-up 2 x12 10#
Prone Jackknife 2x10

What I'm having a real issue is my diet, but no, it's not what you think it is. I'm eating really clean, it's the 15th day on TNT, and it's difficult for me to go higher in calories without carbs. I'm not hungry and eat every 3 hours, mostly meat, cheese, yogurt, eggs, drink protein shakes...Put it all in fitday and I'm not eating enough!!! I probably need to top everything with peanut butter or something...
Today: Prot 153
Carb 25
Fat 29
Total 996cal

Good workout! Only 996 cals for the day? I'd be gnawing on shoes if I only had that many!

I know! Maybe it'll catch up with me later during the week but as I've said I eat every time I'm hungry...

you need alot more fats. Have you added fishoil to your diet. Maybe some flax seed. Whatever you do you need to get those fat numbers up

I'm goint to add my sunflower seeds butter again, can easily increase fats with that...On my first TNT week the fats averaged 80-85g/daily, mostly because of cheese, nuts, seeds, and things like peanut butter...

Guilty as charged. I don't have a certain number of calories I'm shooting at daily, I just eat when I'm hungry, and pick up food from the TNT list, doing prot plus non-starchy carb every time. I'm 5'4", narrow-built, sit on my butt at my desk or in my car day in and day out, I always struggled to determine my maintanance level...I'll add some kind of nut-butter and more flax seeds and see what it'll come up to.
Thanks!

I don't know if it's the case with you, but when I was dieting down last year and eating under maintenance for too long my metabolism dropped. I was not hungry. (Oh, and then I stopped losing fat as I recall). I just had to make myself eat a little more each day until I cranked up my metabolism again.

Making myself eat is quite an exciting idea I may just well use it and see what happens!
Seriously, I understand I need to eat fat to lose fat. Will do.
