I've got some interesting soreness in my triceps going on today (pullovers?) and pain in the butt - literally (pistols?)...Things are good!
I've downloaded a trial version of calorie king - looks neat but I don't know if it's that much better than fitday...it def has a more extensive database but I do have a bunch of meals customized in fitday already, too...I'll try it for a week, not sure I want to buy it just yet!

Stage 5 Workout 3
Newsflash: One Armed DB Snatch is not in my workouts anymore. I gave up.
Did good old BB Squats instead: 1x 4 65#
1x4 75#
1 x 4 85#

DB Single Leg Romanian Deadlift
1x4 25#
2 x4 27#

BB Bent over row
1x4 70#
1x4 75#
1x4 70# Got back to 70 - the form wasn't that great with 75#.

DB Single Arm overhead squat
1 x 4 25# 35# now, that 25 pounder overhead didn't go too well today... hit my right shoulder with a db...clutz.
2x4 20# 35#

Push ups - slow, narrow - 3 x 6 BW.

Plank 1x60 sec

BODY WEIGHT MATRIX

Time on first 3:30 - about 40 sec less than last time! Yey! Don't know how long it took me to do it the second time around, but I was shocked because it was actually easier for some reason. Maybe I'm just getting used to this torture...

After a few months in a lower rep regime, I've decided to throw in a high-rep workout from stage 7...just to see how it goes...Well, switching from 4 reps with 2 min rest to 15 reps with 30 sec rest is something else, I'm tellin'ya!

Barbell Squat 2x8 75#
Static lunge 4x15 15# each DB
Push-up 4x15 regular
BB Romanian DL 4x15 55#
DB Bentover row 15# each DB
Crunches 2x20
I'm curious to compare the weights with my oh-so-long-ago old-times high-rep workouts...
Eats are 90% good. Still fighting occasional chocolates...

Just checked my first NROL4W workout...
Squats 15x 22# - now 55#,
lunges 15x 8# each db - now 15#,
dead lifts 15x 40# - now 55#...not a huge difference but I'll take it

Thanks for all the encouragement, Nat For laughs, I tried single-arm pushups last night. NO GO! But I did 60 full regular pushups, which I thought was pretty cool
