Your progress is amazing! You look so strong and fit. You have definitely made some great changes that I am finding very motivating. Keep up the good work!

This time did the floor version...I think I can actually do pistols on my right leg! Not the deepest ones but I go parallel and a even a bit lower.

Barbell bentover row
3x6 30# each

Back Extension
3x6 10#

YTWL
3x6 2.5# very very hard!

Swiss Ball Crunch
3x6 10#

Hip flexion
3x6

Prone Cobra - 3 x90 sec

I have a bruise on my right forearm close to my wrist after my Sunday workout...I don't remember hitting it so I'm wondering if it's a blood vessel tear...It doesn't hurt if I touch it and looks like a skin burn. Weird.

Finally got to log in another workout!...Last 7 days were brutal. I was working a trade show over the weekend standing in a booth in my totally sex-appealing but painful heels...ugh! 20 hours total. Not fun.
Anyways.

Workout 5 Stage 3.

One Armed DB Snatch
2 x 6 20# I know you all thought this was a fun exercise...sorry guys. I hate it. My arms hurt, my shoulders crack, I'm sure I'm not getting the form right and I've read all the threads and watched all the videos. I'm not doing them anymore.

DB Single Leg RDL
2 x 6x25# each
1 x 6 10 # each. Balance still sucks.

Barbell Bent Over Row
3 x 6 60#

DB Single-Arm O/H Squat
3 x 6 15# and 25#

Replaced bench presses with push ups - narrow and slow ones.
3 x 6

Plank
2 X 60 sec
1 x 40 sec
Exhausted...

EVIL EVIL MATRIX

24 squats
12 lunges on each leg
12 lunge jumps on each leg
24 squat jumps

Took me 4 min 15 sec each time.

What is really frustrating about working out is that you take a break and it feels like you need to start all over. I bet I'm still tired and just don't want to admit it. Getting out of bed in the morning is a pure torture...

I know what you mean RE the 1 legged DL. I don't think my balance will ever be good enough to do these very smoothly. They are great though for making the hammies scream.

It was an "ok" workout. Wasn't in a mood but still did it which I'm happy about now Going back to TNT starting tomorrow...plan A again...
It's my hubby's BD next week and as many of you have suggested, I'm giving him a pair of glasses!

Just kidding. He wants Mac Air - those are super awesome. Or a puppy. Yeah...He's like a baby I swear. Have to admit I'm kinda excited about a pup,too...totally your fault Jane So yesterday we've spent half a day in an Apple store, and today half a day looking at cute pics of frenchies, yorkies, all kinds of -poos, fun stuff. I'll let you know what we'll end up getting...

Nat, your body matrix is craaazy. I can't do it that fast...get leg cramps!
I got totally derailed in the past few weeks...TOTALLY. I can't even look at myself in a mirror anymore. It sucks.
I'll work out tonight, will start stage 4 and pretend I just had a rest week...couple weeks that is... between stages...smart friggin move...

Stage 4 Workout 1.

Front squat/push press 2 x 8 45#

Step up 2x8 20# each
Dumbell one-point row 2 X8 20#

Lunge rare foot elevated 2x 8 20#
Push-ups 2 x10 (narrow, off the floor)

Plank 1 x 75 sec
1 x 60 sec

Planks still kill...no mercy...
Weights went up from Stage 2, but the reps are lower, too so I don't know if I've made any progress there...not that it was expected

I don't think you derailed at all. That was probably a needed break, and what you are seeing in the mirror is water. That's all. Just plan for a break next time. I am cutting right now, as you know, and the 4 low carb day are NOT easy, but I can do it when I know there's a carb load (not 'pigging out' and keeping my fats down, mind you) coming my way on Saturday

So plan, plan, and plan.

And your weight went up simply because you took a much needed breather, IMHO.
