Susan Powter is a beautiful woman. Her hair looked like someone took a blow torch to it though.

Oh my - I don't think I could eat 1700 calories of cake and ice cream - I'd be SICK!!! I did have some cake and ice cream, but also had some fruit, and some Trader Joe's Flaxseed and Veggie tortilla chips (which were AWESOME!!!!)

Catch me if ya can!!!!

Here are details from yesterday's workout:

(All for 3x12's, 75 sec rest between supersets)
A1 Sumo Deadlift 80lbs
A2 DB Pullover on Swiss Ball 22.5 lbs

B1 Side Lunges (no weight)
B2 Bent Over Row 70lbs (barely eeked out the last rep on the last set!)

C1 Back Hyperextension on Ball
C2 Plank (1x70 secs, 2x60 secs)
Flexibility/Mobility work

Enjoyed my cheat day yesterday, but I'm back to it today. I have aerobics on the schedule - I'll do one of my "classic" Cathe step workouts (these are so funny - from the 80's - the outfits and hairstyles are a riot!!) I'll also spend today planning the week's menus, as well as doing some food prep.

And of course, watching FOOOOOOTBALL!!!!

I tried making the cream cheese pancake recipe that Mel posted, but I don't like them at all! Not sure if I did something wrong, or if they just aren't for me, but....oh well! Ya never know til ya try!

I love this smiley. When you visit me next, leave me a dancing one (I went to the website, but I'm to contrary to load the Firefox executable).

And of course props on the progress. To me that's the best thing about a log/journal.

Cathe from the 80s -- I'm sure she was even more animated!

Tracey, I don't have any of Cathe's classic workouts any more, but I have lots of her strength stuff and my favorite step workouts are IMAX 2 (second half with the Pina Colada song, hee hee) and Step Blast. (Yes, I love my videos.)

My absolute fav is the Rhythmic Step DVD - that was the very first one I bought - and almost gave up on it. Having ZERO step experience, that one was a bit tough to learn, but it's sooo much fun now!!!
