You could do the tradition with fake ice-cream blizzards. Or with protein shakes. That is one of the coolest traditions and it would kill me to have to give up that one. LOL!

Hey Tracey!
Since you are the original tea pusher... I cheated on Teavana and ordered from another site--a little cheaper, AND they sent me a ten dollar coupon that I could use immediately. Since I'm hopelessly addicted to azteca fire, I'm trying to find a substitute--I ended up ordering a chocolate lovers loose tea sampler.
To be continued.

Oh, shoppers alert. They opened a Lululemon Athletica store near me. I am in so much trouble...their stuff is so cute.

This one I know -- and have the same trouble problem. However, since I hate to shop & have to make a special trip to get to it, I've kept the damage to a minimum.

Well, I am officially on a DIET BREAK!! After last weekend's not so perfect choices, and reviewing my pics from this week and noticing a tiny gain, Leigh decided it best to go ahead and do the diet break now as opposed to waiting a couple more weeks (since I got a little off track!) Probably a really good thing anyway, since Friday I was having one of those "I don't want to do this anymore" days!! This has NOTHING to do with lack of results cuz when I do what I'm supposed to I get FANTASTIC results - I think after 20 weeks of dieting, I just needed a break!
SO for the next week I'll be eating 2400-2600 calories a day, and no workouts either. Time to refuel, recharge and then get back to the cutting program so I can get this DONE! I'll be tracking calories, but not focusing so much on macros this week - but I need to try to keep my fat under 30%. So lots and lots of carb'ys for me!!! I've no doubt that I'll be seeing some gains on the scale as well as some bloating from all the carbs, but I know that after this diet break, my metabolism will be COOKIN' and the water weight and bloat will go away pretty quickly once I get back to the cutting diet.
And I'm finally gonna get my Cinnamon Crunch Panera Bagel!!! WOOOOOHOOOOOO!

Have fun on your break Tracey. Make sure you stock up on those digestive enzymes because the extra food and carbs could cause some distress to your system (my nice way of saying you may get gassy). I'm just sayin'.

LOL - Leigh mentioned that in her email, too!!! I'm already a believer in the enzymes as well as probiotics - take them EVERY day!!

Ooooh 2400 - 2600 is going to be awesome. And the cinammon crunch bagel! You are a lucky girl. I'm sure this will help you feel like you are ready to go again.

Yay for breaks!! I just took a 1/2 week break myself and ate whatever the heck I wanted and am now looking forward to getting back in gear. Getting recharged is a good thing! Enjoy!

Oh hey I have my fingers crossed now for a storm so you can run out and get that Blizzard. Of course that may be the only thing you get to eat for the day but it would be cool!!! Congrats on the down week. I anticipate that you won't gain all that much from it except some much needed mental breaks.

I was thinking that too karla - she should eat the blizzard while she has the chance!
