Dilly, it sounds like you are on your way to a wonderful success! Just reading your intro., I can tell you have the mindset to get where you want to be. I am LOVING the fact that your trainer posted on your thread and gave you some mad props! Good for you for taking the bull by the horns!!
I'm not even going to wish you luck, because nobody ever got healthier by relying on luck! I'll be sending you positive vibes and wishes that you find ways to excel that you never dreamt possible.

Great start, Tracey. You are in good hands with Leigh. She'll get you there...that and your hard work, of course! Major congrats on breaking 180...that's awesome!
Of course it counts!!! I've heard nothing but good about Leigh!

I think we have an obligation to look out for each other! I'm coming round to "see" you soon.

2-4-6-8 Tracey's <180 is really great!
She left office late but that didn't stop her,
Fed her body with a workout, don't think you can top her!

Awesome amigo

Today was a rest day - low cal/low carb - but surprising I haven't had the hungries today! Since I didn't get a chance to do my flexibility work yesterday after my workout, I did that this afternoon. I have my Week 2 check-in with Leigh tomorrow, where I'll do pics, weight and measurements!

Today's workout was:
(All for 3x15's, 75 sec rest between supersets)
A1 Squat 60lbs
A2 Face Pulls 20lbs

B1 Step Ups (no weight YET)
B2 Front Raise 10's

C1 Chest Flys on Ball 12.5's
C2 Standing Bicep Curls 12.5's

Side Planks

CARDIO: 30 mins on the spin bike, alternating 1 min fast, 1 min med, 1 min slow. Avg HR was 149.

We also made it to the Teavana store today - I think I'm going to be addicted!! Ended up spending about $60 and got:
Perfect Tea Maker
ChocoNut Green Tea
Pistachio Apple Pie Rooibos Tea
Mate Vana Herbal Tea blended with Caramel Creme Rooibos Tea
And DH got Earl Grey Creme
This stuff is FANTASTIC!! I had a cup of the ChocoNut at the store, and then this evening I had the Mate Vana/Caramel Creme - was just like a dessert!!!

Hi Tracey,
Workout and results looking good! Am I going to have to think of a "back away from the tea" cheer?
