Ooh I'm excited for you that you got out on the bikes! Shawn's been out twice but I was working both those times. He also says I probably need a new battery because it will start, but it will not hold a full charge. Oh well - there's going to be lots more great days coming up!!

Don't worry about missing your calories/macros on your treat day. Just move on. Leave it behind you and move on and get back to your plan. So, your progress won't be as fast as it could be...at least you are making progress. Hopefully next treat day will be better and the next one even better. We are all human and we can't expect to be 100 percent "perfect" right?

I know! And I can't WAIT!!!! Bummer about the battery, but at least it's an "easy" thing to take care of!!

Tracey,
I know others have already said this, but don't beat yourself up--you're doing amazing. And you are working hard and for that you ARE entitled to a treat! Now, the real challenge is making sure that treat still jives with your goals and doesn't make you feel bad. Feeling bad after a treat is like being grumpy on vacation.
The reason you are so 100% going to succeed at this challenge is because you're not sweeping this stuff under the rug--you're looking at what holds you back face on. That takes some real persistence and determination, and it's all part of it. Like Jill said, nobody can be perfect all the time. It's how we figure out to deal with our self-sabatoge that makes the difference.
Congrats on getting right back on the wagon after just a day!

It's easy to cheer you on, Tracey.
And, Tea Pusher, you may be interested to know that right now I am enjoying a ginger peach green tea....no, it's NOT from Teavana (oh, great tea gods!) but it's from Stash and is pretty nice. Later this afternoon I'll have an apple cinnamon--also very yummy. I went on a tea-buying kick yesterday.

Re: Cheating
You don't even want to know how many days I was 'non-compliant'. Don't beat yourself up over it after it happens; when I failed, I kept reminding myself of Berardi's rule (I'm paraphrasing here): if you are compliant 90% of the time, you can be lax 10% of the time. Just aim for 100% though and try to avoid it before it happens.

Tracey..........I've got a new favorite Teavana flavor!!!! Have you tried the Almond Biscotti Black Tea???? OMG!!! Delicioso!! I'm also having the Rooibos Toffee for the first time and just love it.....not as much as the Almond Biscotti, though.....lol
I want to see if Teavana ever has sales on merchandise. I have a group of girlfriends that are really close. I'd love to get them each A Perfect Tea maker but was hoping they put them on sale sometimes. Have you ever noticed if they do that?

Hmmm...don't think I've tried to Almond Biscotti yet.....but I love the toffee one!!! Guess I'll add the biscotti to my wish list!!
I'm not sure about sales - I usually just go in, get my tea, and leave. I try not to browse toooo much or who knows how much $$$ I might end up spending in that place......teeeeeheeeee.... like it's not enough already! I'll check it out on my next trip in, though, and let you know!

I know you're kidding, but let's just say I got a stern talking to from Leigh! Not because I was over the 10% (I think I was close to it), but in my case, I needed to be pretty close to 100% at that time. 10% was not acceptable in my case.
My point is... aim for perfect, don't stress too much after you've missed it. Hell, even I made progress with the less than perfect.
