I've just completed my 45 min ass-whoppin!

Today's Workout
Circuits
Rounds: 3
Reps per movement: 15
Rest: 2 min in between each round

Lunges 10lb db's
Face Pulls 20lbs
Rock and Roll to Stand
Dumbbell Unilateral Fly (15 each side) 12 lb db
Diagonal Woodchip (15 each side) 6.6 lb db
Trunk Extension
Lying Tricep Extension 10lb db's
Side Planks 40 sec per side each round

*There are actually 4 rounds of this - but I got done with three of them and that was IT FOR ME! I was TOAST! I started the 4th round and realized that I was not going to be able to do it justice - I had nothing left in me! I still got a great workout and got my butt kicked!

Day 9 = SUCCESS
(30% success rate - I'm now 1/3 of the way through my mini 30 day challenge - and am 100% compliant!!)

Great workout! I'm always disappointed when I can't go more, until I remember that the goal of working out is to be exhausted, and mission accomplished. Way to push yourself! BTW, what's a Face Pull?

And AWESOME on the 100% compliance! That is incredible. Keep up the good work, you're gaining momentum...

THIS is a face pull!

I'm TIRED today....you know it's not gonna be a good day when you wake up that way - after 8 hours of sleep!

I just have to get through today (which is a rest day - thank goodness (well, except for the 1200 calorie part of it)) and tomorrow is 1800 calorie day!!!!

Great workout Tracey!

You know I was thinking, has it really been over a week since you posted your 30 day goal? Its funny how the time passes so fast when you are looking at other people's work and progress, but for yourself it can feel so slow.

Whoa. Face pulls, okay...I bet you get some funny looks doing that one.

I hate tired days. Almost as much as I hate hungry days. I just ate breakfast and I'm still hungry! And it's not like I had cereal - I had egg whites with one yolk, some lowfat cheese, and strawberries. Plenty of protein/fat to keep me satiated, but I feel like I didn't eat at all!

Enjoy your 1800 calorie day tomorrow!

It's funny you mention that Leah! DH and I were talking last night and he made some kind of comment about me being almost done with the mini challenge - and I was like....uh...NO DEAR - it's only been 9 days - I'm only 1/3 of the way there!

No need to worry about funny looks since I work out at home - thank goodness - some of the stuff I've been doing lately (i.e., turkish get ups, rock and roll to stands) would get some definate strange looks I'm sure. Usually it's just me and the cat!

The worst though - TIRED and HUNGRY days!

I think I found a new favorite Teavana flavor.......Almond Biscotti Black Tea. OMG, this one is just wonderful!!!! Have you tried it yet?

Default Challenge Check-In

Ok, so here are my check-in details for the challenge. I'm not real happy with the results for the month, but here they are anyway!

Here's the comparison from last month - I don't see any differences here!
