So far, so good! My plans are to basically do whatever she tells me to do!

Today is rest day for me - also a low carb/low cal day - so hot tea today to "take the edge off"!

Tracey, Leigh is awesome (and I can't believe she didn't come up with PEELEing away the pounds ... maybe you can get some free sessions or something in exchange for allowing her to use it!! ) and you will reach your goals with her!

So glad you joined the challenge ... welcome to JPs too!

Julie

(All for 3x15's, 75 sec rest between supersets)
A1 Squat 55lbs
A2 Face Pulls 15lbs

B1 Step Ups (no weight YET)
B2 Front Raise 8lbs

C1 Chest Flys on Ball 12.5's
C2 Standing Bicep Curls 12.5's

followed by:
Flexibility/Mobility program

NOTES/COMMENTS: Energy levels EXCELLENT today – maybe it was the unseasonably warm 65° day and the fact that, even though I had to go to the dentist, I got out in the sunshine and even put the top down on the convertible!!! I also pre-planned my lunch, since my appt was at 1pm, and I knew if I ate right before (an hour earlier than normal) I would have been hungry this afternoon – so I split my lunch in two and ate half before I left, and the other half on my way home!!
Hi Dilly, keep up the good work! Just stopped by to check your log.

Something else we have in common.... I think your tea collection rivals ours in sheer volume. Right now, we have brands from Japan, China, India, South Africa(!), and Irish label stuff. Lately, my favorite has been the Japanese Sencha green tea (expensive, but so darn good), but I also love my macha. The links are the site I get it from too and I have found their quality to be top notch and always fresh (they often run out of an item because their season's purchase was bought up - then I try a different grade/type).

My wife just picked up a tea press from Crate & Barrel for me that make making multiple cups at different times very easy since I usually am brewing loose leaf.

One of the great things is being able to buy a cup of anything... so you can taste the tea first (I hate when tea smells great but is flavorless).

Post about your visit, please, so I can enjoy vicariously....

I'm big on the tea too. On the HELL plan, when I'd have a real low calorie day, sipping tea helped me feel like I was filling my belly. I love it. I also used hot broth.
