So far, so good! My plans are to basically do whatever she tells me to do!
Tracey, Leigh is awesome (and I can't believe she didn't come up with PEELEing away the pounds ... maybe you can get some free sessions or something in exchange for allowing her to use it!! ) and you will reach your goals with her!
So glad you joined the challenge ... welcome to JPs too!
Julie

NOTES/COMMENTS: Energy levels EXCELLENT today – maybe it was the unseasonably warm 65° day and the fact that, even though I had to go to the dentist, I got out in the sunshine and even put the top down on the convertible!!! I also pre-planned my lunch, since my appt was at 1pm, and I knew if I ate right before (an hour earlier than normal) I would have been hungry this afternoon – so I split my lunch in two and ate half before I left, and the other half on my way home!!
Hi Dilly, keep up the good work! Just stopped by to check your log.

Thanks for the welcome, Julie!!! Yeah, I told DH I needed to let Leigh know that I get a cut of the royalties if she uses that!!

Something else we have in common.... I think your tea collection rivals ours in sheer volume. Right now, we have brands from Japan, China, India, South Africa(!), and Irish label stuff. Lately, my favorite has been the Japanese Sencha green tea (expensive, but so darn good), but I also love my macha. The links are the site I get it from too and I have found their quality to be top notch and always fresh (they often run out of an item because their season's purchase was bought up - then I try a different grade/type).
My wife just picked up a tea press from Crate & Barrel for me that make making multiple cups at different times very easy since I usually am brewing loose leaf.

DH is going to be upset you sent me that link - now I'll have to go buy something!

There is a tea store at the mall near here Tevana - I see a visit there in my future!!
I'm big on the tea too. On the HELL plan, when I'd have a real low calorie day, sipping tea helped me feel like I was filling my belly. I love it. I also used hot broth.
One of the great things is being able to buy a cup of anything... so you can taste the tea first (I hate when tea smells great but is flavorless).
Post about your visit, please, so I can enjoy vicariously....
Will do!! We're planning on going this weekend!

Lots of tea lovers here!! That was me today - low carb/low cal day - LOTS of tea!
Workout DONE for the day! It was cardio day for me, as well as the Flexibility/Repair Program.
45 mins on the treadmill, alternating 2 min slow jog (or fast walk!)/2 mins walk on incline of 3.5 Total Distance: 2.61 Average HR: 142 NOTES/COMMENTS: Intervals were 4.1mph/3.1mph (upped a wee bit from last time!) Pretty good energy levels today.
Looking forward to tomorrow's weight workout (and a 1700 calorie day! )
We are both 43 yo "Tracey"s, so I thought I'd say hi. A cute coincidence my initials are TLC. I like tea, but I'm a coffee girl. I was "jealous" of your getting to see the sun, but it peaked out today long enough to let it still exists behind the clouds.

Cool - a fellow Tracey (with an "E")!!! Glad you got to get a peek at the sun today - none for us tomorrow - rain in the forecast!
Hi Tracey. Thanks for stopping by my log. I've been trying to catch up with all the new peeps around here lately. Good luck with your program. Leigh is awesome and I'm sure she will help you see great results. Good luck in the challenge!

I'm Tracy (without an "E"), does that count for anything?
Great start, Tracey. You are in good hands with Leigh. She'll get you there...that and your hard work, of course! Major congrats on breaking 180...that's awesome!
