Can you drink the Mate teas at night? They have caffeine right? Or some other sort of stimulant? I haven't done them yet. Whenever I walk in the shop I get overwhelmed and pretty much buy what the recommend me to buy. I need to do some research before I go next time.

All this "tea talk" is making me want some........AND I'm not a tea drinker......lol Well, I used to drink it, then I got into coffee but after having the flu last week and drinking tea every day, I could see drinking it again if I got some flavors. I do have a question though.....do you get tired of making your own little tea bags for every cup???? LOL
BTW......I love your new avitar. I'm definitely a pear when it comes to fruit shapes and these darned hips will disappear sooner or later (I'm sure later).......but I just really identify with it.
Can you tell me a little bit about the program you are following. I know you can't tell me details because that's what you are paying for, but are you following the NROL4W weights when you go back to them or is it a total different program all together?
Sorry for all of the questions.

I've never had an issue with drinking it in the evening, and then sleeping. I usually mix it with the Roobios tea, which doesn't have any stimulant, so since I'm only getting a teaspoon of it, maybe that's why!

Hi Stephanie! Sorry to hear the flu bug caught you, too!! I use the Perfect Tea Maker when I make the teas - it's so easy to use and clean!
I'm a pear too - I thought the graphic was funny so I snagged it and turned it into an avatar!!
As for the program I'm on, it's customized just for me - basically I do whatever Leigh tells me to do! She customizes my workouts as well as my nutrition details.

And that's a major part of the value of having a good trainer. Books like NROL/NROL4W are great, but having individualized attention from someone who knows what they're doing makes a big difference.

The hard part is finding the good trainer. I was in the gym this morning and before I finished I saw a "trainer" and his client. He looked zoned out during her workout and once she got started seemed to just be a chatting buddy. Every time I see a comment from Lisa~, it makes me yearn for a clone of her where I live.

Agreed - I feel very fortunate to have my trainer that's for sure.

SOOOOOO very true!! A good trainer is worth every penny!!!
Tracey - you don't have to have them live near you - I've never met Leigh in person - the only downside to that is she isn't right there beside me kickin' my butt during the workouts - I have to kick my own butt, but I know she's there in spirit!! And I know she'll kick my butt if I slack!
I told DH a couple weeks ago that when I meet my goal bf - we're taking a road trip to visit with and meet Leigh in person!!!

That is a really cool reward for meeting your goals to look forward to! I agree that a good trainer is hard to find. I sometimes think of hiring someone long-distance because everyone I have seen in action at the gym seems horrible. Much better to have the right advice and program.

Sorry been a little while (life gets in the way sometimes)... He told me we start the first of May and he did not indicate how much I would be eating but he promised me that I would feel like crap (be weak) and that I would be hungry. Still I am looking forward to it because I can't wait to see what is under all of my fat layers. I suspect I will be down to the same general area as you right now. I like Leigh's philosophy on cutting and have adopted it for my own. "If you are going to cut, then cut and get it over with"
I almost hired her for a consult at Xmas time but her email was acting up so we missed talking to one another. After Xmas timeframe I was able to figure things out pretty well with my trainer and have been doing pretty well.
In any case you are doing well and in good hands it seems. I bet we see amazing changes on you this round of pics. I can't wait.
