Karen - thanks for the kind words!! I'm not sure I really have a "secret" - it's the fact that I have Leigh in my corner and I now know for sure that I'm doing what's right for ME because it's working!! Makes it easy to have a great attitude!!

Awwww THANKS Ginger!!!

Here are details from today's workout:

(All for 3x10's, 60 sec rest between supersets)

A1 Front Squat 75 lbs
A2 Neutral Shoulder Press 17.5 lb dbs

B1 Standing Cable Abduction 7 lbs
B2 Tricep Pushdown 35 lbs

C1 Incline Flys on Swiss Ball 17.5 lb dbs
C2 Scap Pushups

Side Plank (1x50 secs/side, 1x40 secs/side, 1x35 secs/side)

Followed by 30 mins on the treadmill
3 min warmup
25 mins of 30 secs @ 7mph/1 min @ 3mph
cooldown
2.11 miles total
Avg HR: 149

Followed by stretching stuff

A pretty good workout all around! Nothing earth-shattering to report, but it was a solid workout. Diet has been spot-on.

DH and I went to WalMart yesterday, and I grabbed three new pair of workout pants. I've been a size Large (12-14) for so long, I just grabbed them, paid for them and threw them in the wash this morning. This afternoon, I put on a pair, did my weight workout, then, when I was running on the treadmill, the darn things kept falling off of me!!!! Guess I need a medium now!! WOOOHOOOOO!

Tomorrow is a rest day!

Now, ya know............That could become a hazard if you have your workout pants around your ankles while running!!! It also brings a whole new meaning to running your a** off, doesn't it?

In all seriousness.........That's just awesome!!!! You deserve that big clap in your original post!

Thanks Stephanie and Karen!!!!

I'm today!!! It's been really warm here (last night the low was in the 50's), so we left the bedroom window open a little bit since it gets really stuffy in our room at night. Well, about 1 AM, we were jolted out of bed by this terrible REALLY REALLY LOUD screeching/growling/somekindaw eirdsound going on in the back yard (we live in the woods). There were a couple of racoons fighting right underneath our window!! Sounds I've never heard before!!!! Scared the bejesus out of both of us - so needless to say, it took a while to finally get back to sleep.

I need a NAP!!!!!

DH and I go camping quite a bit in the summer and the first time I heard racoons fighting like that, I made a B-line to the car and slept there the rest of the night.......lol The noises they make are quite scary, aren't they?

I hope you get better sleep tonight.

They sure are loud!!! Where do you camp? DH and I just bought a travel trailer last year and did a lot of camping! We usually ended up in the Lancaster, PA area!

Thankfully, work was pretty busy today so I didn't have a lot of "down" time and didn't feel tooooo terribly sleepy. Was too busy!!

I also live in PA and we go to Prince Galletzin State Park. DH and I joke though, because we call it "Eddie Bauer" camping. We only have a tent, but man the stuff we take.......lol I love it. We usually go 2-3 times during the summer for 9-11 days at a clip.

Never heard of that park....I'll have to look it up!! DH and I usually only go for long weekends. Maybe this year we'll take a longer trip!

Work has been CRAZY BUSY - I'm not very happy about that cuz it's preventing me from coming here and hanging out with you guys!!!
