Today is my higher calorie day - did a circuit workout this morning (450cals on HRM) and will probably do a 5 mile power walk later today. I don't binge out, but I do add a lil' chocolate here and there.

Measurements this week were 'eh' - no improvement, maybe a little increase where I don't want it, but could be water. I attribute this to a drop in the cardio but I am continuing on! Will drop calories and carbs a bit next week. I'm not into severe calorie restriction or severe 'good' carb restriction - especially since my weight is within 5lbs of where I want it to be. Shaving off a bit won't hurt tho.

It's a nurse thing - advanced cardiac life support. Paddles, drugs, all that fun stuff.

I wouldn't be worried just yet - your body's adjusting. Your diet looks very reasonable, your workouts are great, it's been just one week! WTG!

Workout B today, still on 60#. On next workout (A), I'll increase weight where possible. Probably 80# for squats if my weight bench is still functional (it's a bit rickety).
Doing some SS cardio today as well - I do a little extra after my high calorie day, but the rest of the day I usually end up sitting around playing WoW or Rock Band so they balance out.

Silvermoon - I have both horde and Alliance. I do also have a few young characters on a PVP server, but not by choice (Venture Company) - I'm no fun and am not fond of the pvp servers but hubby's work people are on there and you know how that is.

Yeah I have chars on Venture Co too but found that PVP in most cases meant some high level char killing you just because they could. I play mainly horde on Thrall, so if you want a change of scenery (so to speak), stop by.

stingo - you are quite correct. It's just a bunch of kids griefing others - not sure why my hubby's coworkers think that's a hoot but they do.

Today (in about an hour) is interval day. Gave in and did some SS cardio this morning and then went to start packing boxes. My husband insists we are switching coasts soon (I am skeptical) so I am calling his bluff and actually packing. That should count for a few calories, right?

Intervals - probably the crossfit type intervals from Barry's again (box jumps, etc).

Macros today - slowly working up the fat and taking a few carbs off. Calories a bit higher than I was shooting for, but I am working non stop today carrying boxes up stairs and don't want to pass out. 1673 cals, 45g fat, 118carbs, 179 protein.. 60g fiber.

Did workout A today, 12 reps. Increased weight to 75 pounds for squats, 65 for rows. Also did a 5 mile power walk. Fun fun fun.
Waiting for a 200 pound shipment of boxes so I can keep packing.
Hope everyone else is doing well!!

Intervals today - did P90X Plyo X for my intervals. Tomorrow is workout B + some SS cardio. Yep, I feel the need for some cardio since today I mostly sat around the house going through all the crap I've collected over the years!

Food today: pretty much the same as usual :

Oats/Whey/PB
Protein Pancakes (Carbalose/Egg whites)
Ground white turkey stirfried with a bit of olive oil + onions/peppers, all wrapped up in a LaTortilla LC tortilla. Oh, and a vitatop.
Protein shake
Protein 'oatmeal' (TVP+Flax Meal + PB)
Last meal still up for grabs. Probably cottage cheese.

Workout B today, skipped the SS cardio due to an overly busy day at work. I'm just plum tired! Tomorrow is normally my rest day, but planning to do a walk with a friend and may throw in a little 'real' cardio since I skipped it today. Yep, trying to cut back so I may ditch that plan and just pack more boxes instead.
Diet today:
Oats/Whey/PB
Protein Pancake
CC/Blueberries
Greens Bar (work day)
Turkey/onions/peppers/LC tortilla
Protein Shake

Today I did intervals and a 4 mile walk. Will check measurements tomorrow, but I don't expect any major changes towards the better. Tomorrow is my higher calorie day, then I think starting Sunday I'm moving back to Precision Nutrition (carbs around workout(s) , rest of the meals protein+veggies/fruit).

Dunno if anyone is reading this, but has anyone purchased the new gourmet nutrition (2.0) - is it really worth $50? That's a lot for me to spend on a cookbook! :P

1. I looked up a Jeep Wrangler. Those are the model of Jeeps I love! What's the MPG of those badbois (found it: 15/19)? Which Wrangler version did you get? X, X RHD, Sahara or Rubicon? How easy does the canopy attach/detach?
2. Can you get a plow attachment so you don't have to shovel?

I get 18-20 in my Jeep, but I have a pretty light foot. NEVER have I gotten as low as 15, and that's even with driving up a mountain! I have an X - cheapest model with some additions. And yes, you can buy a plow attachment but they are very expensive, or so I hear.

Off to do my saturday circuit training!

Workout A today, same weights. Also did some SS cardio for about 50 minutes. Had to do it, too much chocolate yesterday on my high calorie day.

Decided to try some new food ideas - tried to make beef stroganoff (gourmet nutrition), but the meat I used didn't work out and the milk curdled. I think there's something mixed up in the recipe. Sooo.. For lunch I had pizza - WW/Low Carb tortilla with some white meat chicken, part slim mozzarella, onions and peppers. Not bad for less than 300 cals.

For dinner, I had chicken breast breaded with egg white, flax seed and almond flour. was actually quite delicious!

Yesterday was interval day, did another round of barry's - I think tomorrow (intervals again) will be one of the turbulence training circuits. Today was workout B -went well, added 15# to the swiss ball crunches. I 'up' my weight on the next workouts!

Diet pretty much the same except I'm having Amy's Sausages Chicken/Gouda/Apple for lunch today. HUGE sodium burst but I'll just down a bunch of liquid to clear it :P..
