Great job on the increases! It's so exciting to see your enthusiasm for feeling strong.

The shopping must have been a blast.

One thing to think about with the jackknives. I know you dropped them, and I understand why, but I would really recommend trying them some more, maybe just one or two in each set of reverse crunches. The benefits of learning the exercise will help with so many others.

Nancy I am thrilled to see you taking this so far and to see your improvement over time with the weights. I agree with Mel you ought to keep trying the prone jack-knife exercise if you are in the program. I am certain they all play together. Just do one a day if you have to at the start.
