As for me, I just get spring break... but it's a whole gosh darn week so I'm ok with that. :p Classes will be over end of april, not a single class (although exams) in may.

I'm not sure if it's that I'm not eating to support the work or if it's just that I'm going too heavy for the reps and just not realizing how far I've fallen or what. *sigh* I suppose when I was doing 15 rep squats with bounces last (over a year ago now, I don't like high rep) I was only using 50-60 on the machine (freemotion squat) but I guess I thought I'd come farther and that what was holding me back on that was the bounces (hard to explain without making a few x-rated references that I'm just not in the mood for today) so...

can do them fine... except that whole "I tanked and then you wanted me to put my head lower than my ass repeatedly" thing... which made me nearly swoon, so I stopped.

Took an extra day off, just more because I forgot to work out yesterday before it was too late. oh well
So it was aerobic day again, and it sucked.
I did 5 whole circuits this time, but then only 2 minutes of cardio afterward... just went too hard in the beginning I think, that made it hard to continue.

Anyway, I hopped on the elliptical last night before doing my hair. Which, by the way, came out fabu... a nice glowing burgandy. Anyway...
Elliptical for ... 21 minutes.
Levels 1-5 to keep the beat of whatever song I was listening to and keep my heartrate above 155 (usually above 160). I think it was like 1.73 miles or something... whatever "miles" are on a fucking elliptical...
