Despite the fact that I've made virtually zero progress in the looks dept, I'm up 5-10lbs from the start and about the same leanness, but I look the same. My shoulder is far better and my PF isn't much better at all.

I meant to post final pics. I went to VA without my camera though. My phone has no camera, either. I don't really know anyone well enough to ask to borrow one for something like this.

Anyhow, I lost big time. You've all done far better in this challenge than I have, so you all deserve big props.

I agree with Tom. Those who entered and completed the challenge deserve respect for that.

It's one thing to start, but it takes foritude to see it through to the end.
