My plan is to maintain my present training routine, 3 days lifting and Met OD in between. And to basically remain active when I have the inclination to be a couch potato.
Depending on how my body composition progress goes, tweak my nutrition plan accordingly.
Hmmmmm. Sounds easy on paper.

One week in. Down about 4lbs from last week. I made the mistake of weighing myself on Saturday and was down 7! I hate that. I should hide the scale so I'm not tempted...

My plan... strength through Jan. Jan - May = hypertrophy. June - D-day = fatloss. Keep eating how I am. Getting my carbs from fresh fruits and veggies. Protein and fats from meats, dairy, nuts and peanut butter. Sundays are free days where I eat what I want, when I want... within reason. Yesterday, I had a Hardee's $6 burger (mmmm... bun) and a Dr Pepper (mmmm... high fructose corn syrup).
After my initial weight loss the first week, I've leveled out the 2nd and am sitting right at 180. I think I'll get back on some sort of whey to up my protien a bit. Getting between 190-200gm on a typical day, now. I think 225-230 will serve me well.

OK! Do we need a motivational thread like the chicks have? Come on, Tony. I'm just not sure I can take a list like that...

poon...and uhh...watermelon?
I'd been craving a hamburger (burger king) for a while...it'd been a month or two...I caved
That was after 50 pull ups and 150 burpees w\ a 40lbs vest, so I don't feel particularly un-manned by my lack of willpower. W\ 5 and 1/2 months to go, I fear no one.

That was #1. I just assumed it for all of us... I should have been more clear, but it's heartwarming to see us all come together.
