All righty then...

Height: 6'2"
Weight: 194
Age: 41

L bicep: 13"
L calf: 14 7/8"
L thigh: 21 5/8"
R bicep: 12 1/2"
R calf: 14 1/2
R thigh: 21 3/4
Waist (at navel): 39"
Hips: 38 1/2"
Chest: 43"

I took pics without a magazine, then thought I should do it over again. Ironically, today's Parade magazine has an obsolete cover story given the political turmoil this week.

Nope! just very relaxed. I was kind of shocked when I saw my pictures. I was seeing someone else in the mirror and my mind. A guy about 20 years younger, 45 pounds lighter, AND MORE HAIR.

He's back. Greg, seriously you don't look bad enough now to have a chance of winning this thing. What were you doing over the holidays when you should have been indulging in excess, working out?
