Thanks all. As far as the legs go I hadn't taken a before leg pic so I didn't bother with the after. Also my legs have never been anything to write home about. They're so long that its tough to get them thick.
looking good Brian - did you happen to take any after-cut but before-shaving? It would be interesting to see what sort of difference the shaving makes.
Nice work, Brian. Looks like all the grapefruit and ground beef paid off!

Well, I just want to say that this challenge has been fun. It really motivated me to get myself in shape. Everyone has made excellent progress in these 6 months. The challenge taught me that I definitely like focusing on performance goals as opposed to just body comp goals. I've been focusing more on achieving certain performance goals the past 6 months and it has helped me not worry about what I look like. Just seems easier to focus on that for me. I'm happy and surprised that I look so different compared to January. Overall I only lost 5lbs on the scale. And the dang tanita still says I'm 12.5% bodyfat.
Here's my side-by-sides. Lost 4 pounds with 2" off the waist and some slight muscle gain. Most of you know my story and I'm pleased with where I'm at.
I'm not posting leg pics because none of my 4-pound weights loss was in leg hair. My thick coat of natural sunscreen hampers the ability to see any progress in leanness or muscularity.

Well, I guess overall I am a little disappointed in the way things ended for me on this challenge. 2 weeks ago I hit 172.4 lbs and my body fat reading was 15.4%, but my training time and diet went to hell that day also. I have spent the last 2 weeks doing repair work on my house from a huge hail storm we had here and have not been able to eat proper. I have gained 7 lbs in 2 weeks, but thankfully my body fat only went up a percent or so.
I plan to get back on the wagon, this next week since most of the work is complete, but that does little for the challenge. But here are the pics, so you guys decide how bad I f'ed up. I did do a couple "poses" like Tony and Brian, but they were so shit-tecular, I decided not to post them
------ Jan ------------------------------------- July---------
Barcardio, Great Work! You've made a alot of progress since Jan. Don't be so hard on yourself. Two weeks at end doesn't mean you messed up the whole 6 mons. I'm sure you did the best you could under the circumstances. I mean repairing your house is more important than this challenge. But dude, you made definitely changes in the 6 months. It's obvious in the pics.
So what happens next? Who is running this challenge? Do we vote for the winner? When is the last day to post pics, etc? So far we have Gobbla, Jugglecat, Brian A, RacerBill, RedLefty and Bacardio final pics. Anyone else?
I think Tony and Brian are pretty much going to be the two that are in contention here. Last chance to put up pictures will be today (your time). Unless someone busts out with something fantastic here in the next few hours I'll start a poll tomorrow with them two and give 48hrs to vote it out, w\ a winner take all.
Truth be told I think we're all winners here. Everyone has made progress on one level or another and I enjoyed it anyway.
Doug, you've made tremendous progress - I hope you join the next challenge.
Lisa, everyone can vote. I think everybody made some form of progress, even if like myself it was small steps forward; overall it's been a success

Only a small improvement overall for me. Self sabotage is my enemy - sounds lame but to be brutally honest on reflection my diet was good 60% of the time, 10% average and 30% total shit.
One of these days it's all going to click.
P.S that is the cap of the bleech bottle. I took these in my gran's 'bathroom' on my phone so it's too late to alter it now/retake.
