Alright I'll suck it up and extend the program. I'll just have to forgo any B-day celebrations again this year. I just got measured and apperently my BF is higher than I thought so I might need the extra time after all.

So here we go:
230lbs start weight
3 site caliper measurement:
11-chest
26-waist
16-thigh
53-total = 16.2% BF

Tape Measurements
15.5"-bicep (right, flexed)
45"-chest
38"-waist (at belly button)
41.5"-hip
24"-thigh

Pics to come this weekend... Now how do we go about getting Gob the $?

You can celebrate! One day shouldn't ruin 5mo and 30 day's worth of dedicated effort .

I'm in and will be posting pics. It's just problem after problem with the cameras.

Brian, PM gobbla for the paypal address to send him the moola.

You have two choices as to the 5 vs 6 months...

1. Have a reasonable birthday celebration. What can you do in a day that would ruin your physique? Most plans should have some sort of a free meal plan built into it, right? Time it to coincide with your birthday party.

2. Get so extra lean and emaciated by month 5 that it takes a month of "celebrating" to get you back to normal.

I'd pick #1.

On a personal note, I hope it doesn't take me 6 months to get looking my best. But, once I'm there, I'd like to stay there. Forever. So, my month 6 pic might look just like my month 4 pic, but that's good right? The voting will be on the comparison between month 0 and month 6.

Since many of us are having trouble posting pictures, and with the original intent of just having a before and after, I vote for not posting every month. but I'm very flexible. Either way is fine with me. Hell, I'm just wanna do this!

Rem1956:

No back shot due to some camera issues but what we got is good, he's paid up, and it was his idea in the first place Please note the vertical format to save from horrible scrolling issues.

Arm, Chest, Waist, Hips, Thigh, Calf cold and un-flexed was the original statement. If you have the desire and means to go above and beyond then by all means.

Just as a note, if anyone new wants to join (and\or needs to figure out the entry fee) please send me a pm. It's a more surefire bet that it'll happen if you come to me VS me noticing something in the threads.

I'm going to have to go with LD on the monthly pics. If we're going to be serious about doing it and sticking to the plan, knowing that we've got a photo session coming up might go a long ways

I'm with you on the idea of maintaining close to peak. I skipped "celebrating" last year more as a mental thing. I know you won't do that much damage in a day, but once my head is in a cutting phase I get pretty one track. That all or nothing mentality is one of the reasons that I didn't maintain well once I finnished last year. So that's one of the things I need to work on this time.

Still, true peak only lasts a day so do we have a specific end date for the final pics?
