I've been busy as a two-peckered billy goat lately.
That's hilarious.

Alright so I've been a bit absent, but I have been keeping up my training, my nutrition was definetly better last year though. I just started my first cutting phase last week and lost a lot of initial carb bloat. My weight dropped about 6lbs in the first week. My March pics looked almost identical to my Feb pics so I didn't bother to up load them. Here's my Feb pics along side of my April pics. I don't know why to photo bucket is making them different sizes also I forgot which way I was facing in the Feb pics for my side so I'm facing the other way in April shots. I'm currently weighing in at 232lbs. I haven't had the chance to get my body fat checked, but it is higher than it should be at this stage of the game which means I need to start getting my ass in gear on the nutrition side.
Tony, forget about Tanita. There's no way your BF went up. You're a lot more defined and there's def a bunch of new muscle going on. Great job!
You need to lose that beard though IMHO
I'm fatter than I was thanks to spring break. Been bored in the gym, even though I've seen some good strength gains. I'm still not panicked about the challenge itself, but rather what I'm going to look like May 17. Time to get moving.

Don't know the stats right now -- have been healing from injuries and haven't been to the gym for two weeks (they have the scale I've been using). I've deconditioned some but have used the month of rehab to lean out a little with my highly-scientific method of skipping lunches now and then. It worked and I don't think my metabolism is wrecked beyond repair. Now it's time to try keeping the joints happy while still building some strength:

O.K. I have officially gotten fatter on this challenge.
Had to take these 'on the fly'. My Granddad has been very ill in hospital and we've been back and forth all weekend. These were taken using my mobile in my grandmother’s small toilet.

Plenty of time to get on the right track Kop, don't give up.
RL, definitely leaning out there, you can see it in the abs and the "love handles" (on the side of the stomach, not on the side of the head) are getting smaller.

Thanks, Sveta!....As far as the beard goes I just am too lazy to shave.
I hate to do it so I put it off until my wife just can't stand it anymore and makes me shave.
Seriously, dude, your abz are showing now. Your BF is definitely lower. Nice work.
Tkinsley, Thanks. I have calipers but am really unsure of how to use them. I've tried a few times but the measurements were all over the place. Should probably just keep trying I guess.
Well the Tanita scale says my body fat % went up, so that can't be good. Not sure if the scale is accurate though.
It looks to be about as accurate as Paris Hilton in a trigonometry tournament.

11 pounds lost, including 4 inches off the waist, while adding almost two inches to your arms? That should be looking pretty good when you get the pics up.

Nice work!
Thanks man.

I realize the costume design and photography is inconsistent here, but I finally gave up and reshot for the third time just to get non-blurry pics!
I'll try to be better, next month.
Personally, I think I look fatter. Not a ton, but some. I'm 190, so I've beefed up about 5lbs in the last six weeks or so. My pants and belts feel the same...
The measurement around my naval is actually smaller by almost an inch when relaxed and measures the same when pushed out to the max (not pictured). Waist is still 33.5, down an inch from when the Challenge started, and less that three weeks ago.
Quads are each up .5 inches and I've added an inch to my shoulders. My calves, resting up due to my PF, are down .25". Poor little guys.
Great work by everyone! Jugglecat is looking all studly. Bacardi\Red both look noticably leaner. Neil is looking a little less of a uni brat and a little more like a full grown male .
Roland appears to have found a local tattoo parlor and went for a relatively painful (or non-common anyway) area, impressive. It looks like your extra skin is starting to tighten up too, so that's pretty cool.
Thanks, Tony. I've not usually cared about getting leaner, but when injuries prevent weightlifting you do what you can. Besides, I've heard that losing some fat can add in inch to your ween. That's like doubling it in size!

30lbs per inch, man. Keep going.

I got it the evening after the last round of pics.
As to the pain... Yes, he failed to mention that the side there is particularly sensitive. It wasn't until we were chatting during the work that the subject came up. I'm imagining that waking up from anesthesia while still being opened up is right up there with getting your side tattooed.
Gotta watch out for those tigers and mountain lions around here... Their claws are sharp. See?
March was a pretty poor showing. Between colds, back problems and now a knee problem I'm lucky if I haven't lost any gains. I will be modifying my workouts to rest my knee, only low impact stuff going forward.

Gotcha ... yea, the ankle really hurts too ... not much tissue there between the skin and the nerves and the bone!!! I think mine cost twice what it should have since I kept having him stop!!!!
