Are you wanting to put on mass or get definition? I see gains on definition, but your words make it sound like you're wanting to put on mass.
Are you eating for your goals?
I was trying to get down to 10-12% bodyfat then add mass from there.
But my long term goal would definitely be to add more mass. Right now I'm eating 3,000 cals on workouts days and 2,500 cals on non workout days. Working on a 4 day Push/Pull schedule.

Then it looks like your are accomplishing your goal quite nicely. I see more ab definition, a better lat spread, etc.
It looks like you may have some evened out and genetically well defined abs too. Don't falter.
I came home to a minor flood in the kitchen. The dishwasher ran, but the drain was stopped up. I'm too tired from halfassed cleaning to cleanup for pics. I'm shooting for pics in the a.m. Please forgive me.
Even when bacardio gets his pics posted I only count that as seven guys. What the hell?!?!
If people didn't want to submit monthly pics why'd they join a challenge that required monthly pics?
Because the monthly pic rule was added AFTER people signed up.
Pics will be ready when they're ready, probably later this week.

Purpose:
1. PIctures and forced honestly and self-assessment--
...
3. Peer pressure and ridicule for when someone's being a ______!
... Rules:
3. Stats and photos should be posted on and around January 7th. If you don't want to post pics, still send gobbla the $20, but consider it a donation to the rest of us.
...
4. The challenge will run for 6 months ... you will be required to post progress photos by the first of each month and by contest end of July 6th. Winner will be decided by poll. (Sweet. Jules wrote this, too. I just manned up the timeframe.)
Hey, Bill! Thanks for your $20 donation to the "RL's gonna win it all fund."
I hope that people aren't bailing because of missing a day on the pics. Don't get all perfect, just snap them and post them. I made zero progress since last month, so I wasn't so happy to be posting. Just man it up and post.
The pictures I don't really have too many thoughts on. I don't think it's beyond the realm of consideration to "check in", post some stats, tell us how you're doing. SOMETHING.
Bacardio, your chest/shoulders look much, much bigger, even though they're not measuring big increases. It's probably because your waist is down so much that the ratio is looking better. Good work, although I know you've got a lot left in you over the next four months.

after reading G's post, I probably should say a little about what I have been doing.
I just completed a three week hypertrophy mini cycle, and while I didn't think I had gained much (the scale does show a 1 lb increase--exceptional because my diet wasn't great) I think I do look slightly bigger in this month's pictures.
Now I'm going all out for fat loss, although I haven't decided if I'm going to worry about strength while keeping the eating clean/minimal and the intervals up. I tend to do better on programs that only last > 1 month, so I'm not looking for something long term at the moment.

Guess, I should add something also to my post, as Gobbla said...
Finished week 7/8 of TNT diet. Going to finish up this month on the TNT plan and re-evaluate at the end of the month. Will continue the TNT diet plan, I guess I have pretty much been "trying" to stick with Plan A but had I few carb days in there. I will probably do what Roland has been doing as to stick with Plan A, but allow for "special" carb days, until my body fat gets lower.
The lifting/cardio plan is where I might change. Been thinking about trying some the NROL that most of the rest of your are doing, then adding HIIT or tabatas for my cardio workouts.
Ok. My story is this... I've been eating really light when I can, and indulging when I want to. That amounts to a TNT plan A sort of thing for most of the time. I try to stay hungry... Then, I focus on not stuffing myself or pigging out when do eat "normal" food. 2-3 times per week, I've had a beer or two, some wine, mojitos, etc. which are my indulgences, lately. I don't count two tacos or a reasonable amount of sushi as an indulgence, when it's the meal. It's just not compliant to TNT.
After all that, it's another month of weighing the same. 185-187. My waist is slimmer when I measure it, and the 'loose skin' has less fat underneath. Hopefully, I can keep this up.
My eating feels as close to what I'd imagine that normal people eat. I like that. If I start to fatten up, then I'll have to reexamine things.

No unwillingness on my part, just a few logistical problems. Pics require a functional camera and a compatible PC, and now my pic partner is fighting off a flu bug.
I can post measurements and such if you want a "check-in" later today if you like.
