Guys you are all showing great results. Roland you especially are really looking fit. All those crazy antics seem to be working. I think I will start filling sandbags now.

Congrats, guys. You're really making an effort here. Excellent work. (Well, except for the slackasses that haven't posted .... hey, just helping RL with his callout! )

Gee, Nick, how do we know it's really you since we can't see the face? Not that I don't doubt that's your Tony Stewart clock or your collection of hats.

Current body fat 15.33%. Down 1/2% from 1/17/2008.

Had been measuring bodyfat using a Tanita but I decided to put my
measurements into fittogether.net to calculate it. According to them I'm
really 13.33% instead of the 15% I posted early. Lost Dog, I'm still not sandbagging it.

Thanks for the link! fittogether.net used to be mybodycomp.com. I was bumming because mybodycomp.com is all screwed up now, and I thought all my previous measurements were gone.
I logged into fittogether.net with my ID and it's all there!
I think you're waiting to shave and get that haircut 'til July 1st and suddenly drop all that weight!
The joke about Eric Bana in Munich was my lame attempt at a joke from Knocked Up, where the guy stopped shaving for a year and his friends mocked him insessently to get him to shave and lose his bet. Okay, shoebomber?
And toooo funny on the purported finger of Nick... but it DOES look like a bit of hypertrophy is going on there... or is it bloat? It's all SWOLE.
Check out Steve's right index finger. Now that's swole.

So has anyone else besides me been looking not only at progress, but looking for things that need to be worked on? Like, I have a bit of upper cross going on... my right lat and left trap are bigger than the left lat/right trap. Also have a bit of APT, internal humeral rotation, and external humeral rotation on the right side going on... amongst other things.
Just curious if anyone else is noticing these things about themselves... or others.

Yes and no. There are things I'd love to work on. My chest... But, have (most likely), a SLAP lesion in my left shoulder. I have an MRA scheduled for Thursday, and a follow up series of appts to figure out the plan.
I'm anticipating about a month of my arm in a sling and 3-6 months getting back up to speed. I'm not sure what I'll be able to do. A calf specialization routine?

Yep, and I expected it as the old pattern of train-->injury-->rehab has been predictable for me. And after one month of hard training, my knee and shoulder/trap were screaming for a break. So the past week has been rest and regeneration.
Next phase will be more single-leg work to stave off knee trouble, lots of SMR and possibly some ART. For the shoulder I'm doing lots of SMR and bought a new pillow, which has helped.
Long answer, but what I'm saying is that I'm forced to look at the issues you mentioned, because if I don't then I'll be too injured to exercise. And that would make it hard to win this thing.

Yeah, I am still fat....
Seriously though, Saw no improvement or change in my pictures. Need to understand the nutrition part of muscle building (ie: fats-to-carbs-to-protein levels, too many calories causing weight gain (not muscle) vs too few calories so muscles don't have enough fuel). Royally confused and messed up in that area right now.
Also need to push myself more on the weights. Went through phase 1 by making sure I could complete all reps with proper form and muscle fatigue was when I couldn't maintain that. Feel like I should push myself so I completely fatigue out at the end, rather than making sure I maintain proper form. When I consider "fatigued", when I can't maintain proper form, I don't feel like I worked hard enough. Does that make sense????

I'd be surprised if they let use a sling for that long, Roland. Probably only a week or two max. Good luck with the MRA. Kinda fun to watch them jam the needles down into your shoulder. Keep us posted.
