It'll be a few days before pics and measurements for me... but they're coming!

Jonas, I like how your calves are coming up to be. I've always found that a leaner set of calves makes a person look more athletic. You got a sledgehammer in the living room and a tire in the back yard that say you'll be leaner next month. Proud of you!

I think 90% or more have very pronounced results. I'm looking forward to the next weigh in.

Great work Jonas!

Cynic... I haven't posted my pics yet. I seriously doubt there will be visible results.

I've got my numbers:

Bicep 13.5 No Change
Waist 37.75 -.75"
Chest 43.75 -.25"
Hips 42 No Change
Thigh 24 -.25"
Calf 15.5 +.50"
Weight 220 -4 lbs

Not too much changed. My weight was down to 217 lbs last week, but crept up 3 lbs for no good reason other than a Super Bowl party. I'd have liked to have seen more results on the weight front. My eating has stayed pretty consistent, no binges, and I've been working out pretty hard. I guess I'll have to get tighter control on what I eat and add some cardio on strength only days. I'll get pics e mailed to Gobla, my IT man, soon.
