Jonas, I like how your calves are coming up to be. I've always found that a leaner set of calves makes a person look more athletic. You got a sledgehammer in the living room and a tire in the back yard that say you'll be leaner next month. Proud of you!
Not too much changed. My weight was down to 217 lbs last week, but crept up 3 lbs for no good reason other than a Super Bowl party. I'd have liked to have seen more results on the weight front. My eating has stayed pretty consistent, no binges, and I've been working out pretty hard. I guess I'll have to get tighter control on what I eat and add some cardio on strength only days. I'll get pics e mailed to Gobla, my IT man, soon.

Nice work, guys. Those are some really great results.
Jonas -- wow. Big difference. Great work.

Since it's not 02/07/08 I'd like to edit my weight and waist numbers. I don't know what the hell is going on with my body and/or scale, but I weighed 216.5 lbs this morning and my waist measured 37.5". That's 7.5 lbs and 1" less than the start. I'm much happier now.

I hope everybody's ready for an internet ass kicking, cuz here it comes.
I show 18 guys as signed up, paid and initial pictures posted. 18 guys who officially entered the challenge. Only 9 of us have posted 1-month updates. That sucks.
We agreed that the first Monday of every month would be update day, with pics and measurements. A few of you (Bill2380, hard_rox, Steve-O-68) mentioned some stats and that maybe pics were on the way, but late.
Six of you have shared absolutely nothing for the 1-month udpate. You're being called out:
rem1956
kingkop182
fayman
Brian A.
Tin_Man
ninja
So what's up? Are you in or out?

I'm having technical difficulties with my camera. Another challenge member has been kind enough to offer his assistance, so pics will be taken tomorrow.

Don't look any different in the pics to be honest, but the weight and waist is down. To say i've had a fairly poor start in terms of consistency - it's not too bad.

Hey guys, good job to all. Went through all 12 pages. People are making an effort, and this is what its all about, right?
oh yeah, p.s. here are some factual results.
Weight right now=226.6@ 16% bodyfat which is about 87 kilos of lean mass
I got down to 213.4 lbs when i did the Husband Project, but while i was at 13.5% bodyfat, I was only about 84.5 kilos of lean mass. The extra 6 lbs of muscle feels great, and I hope that i am only weeks away from getting back to 13%, but keeping that lean mass.
Got my tire to beat on, waiting to start (separated my shoulder playing football this past weekend) but once, I do, LOOK OUT! hahaha!
Again, keep it up all, only 5 months to go!
