Thanks Greg and Tina...
The trick will be tomorrow afternoon. I'm in a meeting all afternoon.
But at least I got my food prepped and that's half the battle for me.

I find the same thing with the planning. The other thing I often do is plan out a day and then realize my macros are screwed up so I fix them sometimes rethinking a whole meal in order to do so. I couldn't do that without planning it all the way out. I say that is about the best 10 min I spend at the end of the day. (Planning oinkage for the next day)

I think the world might be coming to an end... two days of meal planning in a row
M1 Omelette - Consists of 1 egg, 4 egg whites, 30 grams each of Onion, Neufchatel cheese (think 1/3 fat cream cheese and you'll know what I am talking about) and green pepper. Topped with 30 grams of Picante Sauce.
m2 Turkey Spinach Mix, Low fat yougurt, banana
M3 Apple, PEanut butter "cookie" dough (Natty Pb mixed with protein powder).
M4 Chicken, Apple
Pre/Post Workout - PP Whizzed together with Banana with Milk
M6 Tilapia topped with Sweet Heat Sauce, Green Beans.
Cals 2278
Fat 28%
Carbs 30%
Protein 43%

Ooh, thanks for the idea. I'm sitting here planning out my meals for tomorrow, thinking I just can't take a big hunk of chicken as a snack. I normally hate PB but I was actually craving it tonight. Weird. So, thanks! I'll add this as my pre-workout snack tomorrow.

DIdn't work out tonight.... was too tired when I got home and I had to go get the wireless card. dropped the cooler off at Bob's and we ended up ordering pizza because he hadn't eaten in 12 hours and I was too tired to think about it.
His dad is in the hospital with Pnuemonia and His mom has bronchitis and may have had a stroke (her lip is drooping and she's having problems controlling the fingers on one side of her body). She has an appointment with a nuerologist tomorrow and also has one with a cardiologist. I would appreciate any and all prayers for his folks.
Talk to you all tomorrow, I'm going to bed. I'm pooped.
